We contacted them after we had a problem with a previous tech and our systems were virtually crashed. At first they seemed like exactly what we needed - attentive, responsive, etc. They got us up, but limping - there were still many issues that needed addressing. Then, after a couple of weeks, we were still not up to par and started complaining. We got responses like - "That's not automatic when you install X or Y". Well, we weren't paying for 'automatic', we were paying for professional expert attention for a complicated network system. We couldn't even get them to adequately restore the e-mail accounts which had all our client correspondence in them let alone some of the more complicated client files. One main computer still has no PDF capabilities. This is BASIC stuff that they were missing. We needed all our data restored, addresses fixed, etc. and our computers running like they should - not like molasses in the middle of winter. One file took me - no exaggeration - more than 3 minutes to load and it was only a Word file. Finally, we simply had to terminate the agreement and look elsewhere. These guys would be fine for a basic single -computer office or individual home computers, but I cannot recommend them for a complicated multi-computer network. I have a seven year-old iMac (time flies) that went out over the summer. Hugo found out that my hd was worn out, was able to save all my data, and gave me several options on how to proceed. They really went above and beyond with their customer service, and their desire to give me a cost effective solution. Fast forward four months, and my Mac went all wonky again, except it was the graphics card that failed. Hugo found that Apple had an exchange program for this specific part, but unfortunately they no longer carried the part (my iMac is now a relic of the past). Hugo tried to get me to accept a full refund from the last repair, but I honestly feel I got my money's worth. I will always recommend Firewire to anyone who will listen! read more

Firewire computer repair is the best computer repair services I've ever dealt with. Hugo is very knowledgeable passionate about his trade. He is quick, affordable and very pleasant to have business with. He picked up my 3 laptops with various issues and brought them back the next day all working like new. The amazing part is that a few months later I accidently downloaded malicious software which made my computer act out I called Hugo and he remembered my name and helped me to fix the issue over the phone.
