I understand that to some of you this may sound weird but it makes total sense. Why spend $1200 laptop repair in a $400 laptop. To me that's speaks highly about this business ethics, they are clear and honest with the client rather than cheat them, now days you don't easily encounter that. Afterwards they made me feel at ease. The repair took a bit over a week. They were courteous and called me once it was ready. I definitely recommend and would come back again. I called when they opened Saturday morning and ask if they could FRP unlock a moto G pure phone for me and how much it would lost and I was told they didn't have an exact price over the phone but it could be up to a $125 and and I needed to go in in order to get a more accurate price for my Phone. I explain that I was quoted $70 from another business and if they would be able to Match that or beat it and I was told again just to go in they would do their best. When I went in the person behind the counter told me the quote for my specific device was gonna be $125 no less. So then after explaining what happened on the phone call a few minutes earlier and some back-and-forth between us I asked him to call JoelSo he called somebuddy and and finally came back to me and said my quote was $70 but the service site that does the unlock is currently down for the entire day so I would have to come back another time which was Another disappointment. I asked him if I could just buy a cell phone or a laptop from them and he told me they didn't have anything available for me to purchase. Wow wow. I left feeling defeated and not satisfied at all and very much let down so I unfortunately have to gthe rating that I am. I then went out and checked the purchase a phone that would work for me somewhere else and it didn't so now I am almost broke and have no working phone I just wish I could have gotten my moto unlocked.

However, they had told me I would need to replace the entire screen which he mentioned would come out to a total of $340. That alone was incredibly disappointing since I wasn't looking to spend that kind of money on a repair I thought was so minor. We agreed that I would just pick up my laptop instead and I would figure it out myself.
