After calling Mr. Keith, which was after his normal business hours, he graciously opened his shop back up for me to swing by so he could have a look at my water damaged laptop. After a quick look inside, he told me that my hard drive appeared to still be in working condition, while the rest of the computer had been corroded from the water.
