First off, the owner picked up and delivered our computer. I'm not sure if this is because of our close proximity, but it was a huge plus. Our computer had turned into a brick--unable to perform even a simple task like opening a word doc. When the owner returned our computer, he took the time to explain what was done and he even went above and beyond by installing free anti-virus protection. He carried great conversation while maintaining extraordinary focus to ensure the proper instillation occurred. While he was handling them, he used sleight of hand to take the most valuable part--the CPU--without paying for it or acknowledging it. On top of that, he also appeared to be trying to hide the box containing the rest of my parts among his own equipment, seemingly hoping I wouldn't notice. I had to stay alert just to make sure I left with what was mine. My biggest issue is trust. If you're running a business, you cannot be taking items from customers and pretending you're not interested just to keep them. That's not just unprofessional--it's dishonest.
