A week later he came and installed it. He left without running it (he got a call while servicing it) rushed through. As soon as he left, I started to run a wash and to my surprise the water didn't drain. Exactly the same situation. Called him and he came back, ran more tests and he said it was the main board. He wanted more $$ to order the part. I reminded him that I had asked if he was sure about the other part and he had said "yes". I asked for my money back and he said that he would give back only the labor for the second time he came but not for the part because "he" couldn't return it because it was used. I told him that it wasn't used he just installed it & he said "NO". I'm out more than $300 with no washer, very disappointed in this company.
