However, the minimum $250 labor charge, as is reputable industry standard, I get it, for any type work done at all, no matter how minor the task is bit of a sticky point for me; so, client/buyer beware SINCE lots of little residential tasks simply do not rise to the level of SUCH an expense. Apparently the technicians that came out did not feel like the job was worth the payment they would receive, as one of the technicians kept saying "it (the washer) is so small." I sent my own photos which showed a PRISTINE washer, with only a broken hinge due to normal wear and tear. And as the saying goes "where there is smoke there is fire." EVERYONE is not lying on Coronado TV. They fix the leak and replace the icemaker since it was badly corroded. Tom gave me other great advice regarding the maintenance of my stove and a flat top grill.
