Victor came and assured me that it was a damaged part and that it had to be ordered and it would take less than a week. Paid $240 for the part and another $100+ for labor/estimate. A week later he came and installed it. He left without running it (he got a call while servicing it) rushed through. As soon as he left, I started to run a wash and to my surprise the water didn't drain. Exactly the same situation. Called him and he came back, ran more tests and he said it was the main board. He wanted more $$ to order the part. I reminded him that I had asked if he was sure about the other part and he had said "yes". I asked for my money back and he said that he would give back only the labor for the second time he came but not for the part because "he" couldn't return it because it was used. I told him that it wasn't used he just installed it & he said "NO". I'm out more than $300 with no washer, very disappointed in this company.

He immediately responded and came to the house the next day. He fixed and cleaned the dryer in less than an hour! I was impressed! Before calling David, we looked at videos online to try and fix/open up the dryer but forget it! The videos were too complex. The dryer has a ton of screws! The total cost was $90. The prices are $50 and up depending on what's needed. Let me tell you, $90 is definitely cheaper than buying a new dryer. I'm not sure if he fixes other appliances. I am thinking he does. I won't hesitate to call him again for any issues with the washer or dryer. Hopefully there won't be anymore. I highly recommend David's Appliances. The dryer is working like new!
