The store Manager Ruben and store associate Angel both could not have been more accommodating to me on this trip, even helping to correct an issue with my online accounts and a previous purchase. I appreciate them going above and beyond to take care of a customer and doing whatever was necessary to make sure the customer left happy. That's simply is something that is sadly lacking In the whole of service industry today. Kuddoes to these two gentleman for carrying the torch and even understanding my original frustration with the online and previous purchase issues as well. The salesman was very nice, patient and helpful. My husband found a suit and due to our circumstances, Dolce Vita agreed to have it altered by the following day. We received a call the following day indicating that the alterations had been made and that we could pick up the suit late in the day. We had plans so opted to pick it up Sunday. All alterations were made appropriately except the pants - they waist was approx. 3 inches too small. I don't know what happened. They promised to alter the pants again and we picked up the suit on Monday morning before the funeral. Overall, this is not a bad place to purchase a suit. We appreciate their efforts to alter a suit in such a short period of time.

Took it back the next day to see about exchanging it or having it fixed. Owner was rude and said it was not like that yesterday. He "fixed" it but still looks bad. This is what you get when you buy from a low quality store with poor management. Lesson learned and will never shop here again. If you do stop by, make sure to check every inch of the clothes. A no r turn policy is always a red flag that they can't back their product.

They have everything by color and not sizes which I don't like but can get used to. They have a kind of creepy guy who was obviously their "security" because he was walking around trying to look like he was shopping but obviously wasn't. They only take cash but do have an ATM machine that charges 4$ I think. Take cash! Overall I really enjoyed the store and loved my finds.

They have a great selection for women and it seems as though they only purchase one in each size (small, medium and large only) for each shirt, blouse and dress. There are a few other boutiques in town with the same buying tactics and even though it's totally depressing when you find something super cute, but not in your size...I'd rather know that I won't run into 20 other chicks at the Garden with the exact same dress and it's a plus that this allow stores to bring in more mech sooner. Pricing is totally affordable. I bought a color block dress for $38, an infinity ring for $5 and a double ring for $8. And those prices are full price, so when stuff goes on sale or they have discounts I already know where I'm spending my paycheck. I stated that the method of payment used in the purchase was cash and showed that it was clearly stated on the receipt. The employee stated that the Company policy did not allow for cash returns. This is an absolute lie. I ended up having to use a debit card in order to issue a return. Now, I have to wait 5 business days in order to see the money in my account. You've been warned. Employees here are inexperienced and not trained correctly.
