V&X is such a cool space. Women's on the left, men's on the right and two black sleek chairs in the middle in front of the table with accessories. They have a great selection for women and it seems as though they only purchase one in each size (small, medium and large only) for each shirt, blouse and dress. There are a few other boutiques in town with the same buying tactics and even though it's totally depressing when you find something super cute, but not in your size...I'd rather know that I won't run into 20 other chicks at the Garden with the exact same dress and it's a plus that this allow stores to bring in more mech sooner. Pricing is totally affordable. I bought a color block dress for $38, an infinity ring for $5 and a double ring for $8. And those prices are full price, so when stuff goes on sale or they have discounts I already know where I'm spending my paycheck. Oh ya, and get the frequent shopper card, every other purchase is discounted.

They carry a line of iPhone cases called Bandelorios, that snuggly hold your phone in a crossbody case that has a snap closure pocket on the back for a credit card, cash or driver's license. The crossbody strap can be plain or embellished with studs, and other decorative hardware. I have one myself and it is a great way to not have to hand hold your phone. So with my two gift purchases, the sales attendants expertly wrapped and gift bowed the packages and placed them in very nice gift bag shopping bags- at no cost. This was a time saver for me...yeah I had to wait while they wrapped the gifts, but they brought me champagne while I sat and browsed the shop...you need to treat yourself while you are treating your friends!

The manager was pushy, and the sales associate basically gave up on me once she realized that I wasn't going to buy anything that day. I felt so overwhelmed and disappointed that I decided to wait another month or two to start looking again. About a month later, I saw a dress that Ella Blu posted on their Instagram. Between hearing my coworker's amazing experience at Ella Blu, falling in love with the dress on Instagram, AND the trunk show discount, I decided to stop by an hour before closing ON A FRIDAY to just try the dress on. Catherine was my sales associate, and I couldn't have asked for a sweeter person to help me out. She asked about our wedding and really listened to what I wanted. The showroom was beautiful, and the dressing rooms were very large and pretty! The Instagram dress wasn't for me, but the second dress they brought in was AMAZING and I was immediately sold. I finally felt like I was in a fairy tale. Since my mom wasn't with me that day, I decided to still purchase the dress and take her to "visit the dress" the next day. Catherine was such a sweetheart with my mom. My dress buying experience was totally different than I imagined that it would be, but it was WAY less stressful this way and I bought something that I really LOVED.

However, once I got there I was met by a very rude older brunette who said that I should have been told this wasn't allowed, but she went and talked to her manager and came back to say that I could, but I was not allowed to step out of the dressing room - if I had known this, I would never had booked. Then, she proceeded to be very rude the entire time and made me very uncomfortable. Finally, my party and I got fed up and just left. If you want good quality designer gowns AND good service, please, go out of town to a real high quality boutique. This was not it.

The quality of the clothes here are outstanding and this is one of the most upscale designer stores El Paso has at the outlets. I'm pretty obsessed with the pieces I got here tbh.
