I stated that the method of payment used in the purchase was cash and showed that it was clearly stated on the receipt. The employee stated that the Company policy did not allow for cash returns. This is an absolute lie. I ended up having to use a debit card in order to issue a return. Now, I have to wait 5 business days in order to see the money in my account. You've been warned. Employees here are inexperienced and not trained correctly.

I tried a new snack at Frontera Coffee Co. It was fun to try something new even though I have visited the outlet mall many times. I felt so adventurous! Frontera is definitely eclectic. You can order coffee, tea, pastries, and items like elote or in my case loaded Doritos. The loaded Doritos were a medley of flavors: peanuts, queso, cucumber, jicama and more all in one bag! Number one and the biggest thing...the way the clothes racks are set up, it's very crowded and not comfortable to shop. Second the fitting room is also very small and when the store is crowded...it feels like we are sardines in a can. The last thing is...there are never any associates (at least the times I have been there) walking around to see if anyone needs help and when you do need help, the associates that they do have are either a cashier or they are running the fitting rooms. Now the goods of the store...the prices are very good! They also have a great selection of stuff, especially Childress stuff! It's also an actual outlet store. Many of the stores at the outlet mall are priced the same as regular stores and are not really "outlet" stores but this one definitely is an outlet store.
