They told me that they will escalate the issue. Because apparently the cards were never activated from the store. And to go back to the store to check on them. Unfortunately it's already the end of March 2023 and I don't have the receipt from the store anymore. I went back to the store. Asked for a manager. A lady witch was the manager at the time told me that without a receipt they couldn't do anything about it. And even if I did the system will not reflect any info from last year. She had a bad attitude about it. And basically told me to call Nike corporate. Witch I did and they told me they were going to help me. And that the issue was going to be escalated. With Nike corporate told me that that will be the case. And to wait for a response I'm 3 to 5 days. I never got a response. Contacted them again about the issue. Told them what happen at the store. They keep me online for about 30 min and came back and told me if you don't have the receipts anymore we can't do anything about it. I asked to try on some shoes and she plopped them down and walked off. It was about three women there that were way too interested in speaking and conversing with their Spanish speaking friends than about servicing customers. I felt like asking for help, I was taking away time from them talking and joking with their friends. I used to love to come in and be greeted and serviced (get fashion advice) from the old staff and now it's turned into almost every other hipster place in El Paso; unless you speak Spanish, you won't get the same service.
