They told me that they will escalate the issue. Because apparently the cards were never activated from the store. And to go back to the store to check on them. Unfortunately it's already the end of March 2023 and I don't have the receipt from the store anymore. I went back to the store. Asked for a manager. A lady witch was the manager at the time told me that without a receipt they couldn't do anything about it. And even if I did the system will not reflect any info from last year. She had a bad attitude about it. And basically told me to call Nike corporate. Witch I did and they told me they were going to help me. And that the issue was going to be escalated. With Nike corporate told me that that will be the case. And to wait for a response I'm 3 to 5 days. I never got a response. Contacted them again about the issue. Told them what happen at the store. They keep me online for about 30 min and came back and told me if you don't have the receipts anymore we can't do anything about it. Will definitely report this to the BBB and tell them that they bluntly stole $40 from me Oh by the way. Because of the inconvenience they gave me a 20% discount code for a future purchase. Smfh

It was like I was being pampered into buying their product but it works... every.. single... time!! But their quality also speaks for its price very well and I am obsessed with how flattering literally everything is in your size! I couldn't believe the hype until now. I just have to budget my life away before I can get so much a headband from this place, so that's my main gripe. That and the tailor services they provide that's complimentary also messed up two of my tailor jobs. One leg would be obviously longer still while the other is at a perfect length. Just disappointing! The manager was quick to rectify the situation by purchasing me another new pair free of any charges and it was even more expensive. I know the proper length now that I should stick to instead of attempting any more tailoring!
