Good experience looking for replacement cleats for my daughter…read more I found this location to be very well organized and not too overwhelming. If they didn't have what you were located King for the associates did not overdo looking for what you weren't looking for. The prices on many brand names were okay, and some were not the most competitively priced. Thank Dicks for their DSG line, which is their in store brand and it is very competitive for quality and price. Unfortunately, for a military city, Dicks here like other locations don't always have a discount for those who serve. The staff was friendly and it was a pleasure to find things here that we were looking for. My daughter was happy with her cleats. I recommend.

One employer said hi and passed by me didn't offer to help or mention he'd be right with me. Went to the front three employees. Said hi asked if they sold cleats. They completely ignored me. The gentlemen (not an employer) near the front answered my question for me. So I walked out and went to Academy instead. Terrible. Store was organized and neat assuming because no one stops here frequently enough to disorganize anything. Academy has better staff and treats everyone with respect and seen. Thought about giving dicks a try now I see why I've never entered this store in the first place.

Recently purchased a pair of Crocs online (where it is ALWAYS CHEAPER THAN THIS STORE. GO ONLINE…read moreFIRST: CROCS.COM) and they were too big for me. I have over 100 pairs of Crocs. Why? Because I love them and I like to have as many color/style choices available to match anything I am wearing. So, I KNOW CROCS AND THEIR SIZING ISSUES FROM STYLE TO STYLE AND IN SOME CASES FROM COLOR TO COLOR. Some colors are smaller/larger in the exact style. Some styles are smaller/larger in size. So you have to really try them on first to know. I wear size 9 to 11 in crocs. That's how far apart the size margin is dependent on color and/or style. I own a lot of Jordans as well and NONE of them are as comfortable as my Crocs. My Jordans are now just for very rare use and are for display mainly due to the comfort I have found in Crocs. ANYWAYS....I went to this Crocs store at the Outlet mall and was met with resistance for having come in to return them as it says I am able to on the Crocs website. This Fat blonde Troll who obviously hates her job tried her hardest to have me feel negative about it. She failed, as she more than likely does at a lot of things. She treated me like I did it just to inconvenience her (as if she is the only purpose for my existence) and that I was an idiot for getting the wrong size. She obviously knows nothing about the product she is representing. As much as I love Crocs. I avoid that store like the plague because her ugly heart works there. If you do go to this store, use it for sizing purposes ONLY. Don't buy anything there. You can get it 3-4 times cheaper at Crocs.com. Crocs Customer service online and over the phone is great. They treat you like they appreciate you and will help resolve any issue with respect and LOVE.
