I bought 2 gift cards this passed December 2022. Each $20 worth. Finally I wanted to use them online and both gave me an error. I contacted Nike on chat online. They told me that they will escalate the issue. Because apparently the cards were never activated from the store. And to go back to the store to check on them. Unfortunately it's already the end of March 2023 and I don't have the receipt from the store anymore. I went back to the store. Asked for a manager. A lady witch was the manager at the time told me that without a receipt they couldn't do anything about it. And even if I did the system will not reflect any info from last year. She had a bad attitude about it. And basically told me to call Nike corporate. Witch I did and they told me they were going to help me. And that the issue was going to be escalated. With Nike corporate told me that that will be the case. And to wait for a response I'm 3 to 5 days. I never got a response. Contacted them again about the issue. Told them what happen at the store. They keep me online for about 30 min and came back and told me if you don't have the receipts anymore we can't do anything about it. Will definitely report this to the BBB and tell them that they bluntly stole $40 from me Oh by the way. Because of the inconvenience they gave me a 20% discount code for a future purchase. I love this store!!! I am upset at myself that I didn't come here sooner!! I didn't really look at the shoes they have but this store is really good for buying exercising clothes. I bought 3 leggings for less than $30!!! Yes $30!!! And they're pretty. I've bought leggings at Under Armor on fort bliss, px, target, marshalls and TJ max but honestly I've never seen such good deals. Also if you go to the stores I listed it's very difficult to find cute small size workout outfits. I always wonder why because people who wear size small are the ones who work out so it doesn't make sense to me that these stores don't carry many size small outfits! But now I know this Nike store does. Also if you sign up for Nike members club, you can save all your purchases online and you don't need to have a receipt to return. Like The Emperor Yelpatine had stated, it's a Nike store, so you already know what you're gonna get more or less. Located in the ever popular Outlets at El Paso, the Nike store is rather large. They have everything too. From basketball to soccer, running to crosstraining, and even just casual kick it gear. Everything in here, in true outlet fashion, is very reasonably priced. I've been coming here for the last 3 times I've had to replace my running shoes. I need to re up on running shoes about every 6-8 months (yes I run that much). Every time I've found a perfect a perfect shoe. It's honestly what keeps me coming back. This most recent trip, a young man there helped me a lot. Told him what I wanted and needed and why, and he was able to show me about 5 different shoes that met my demands. They were all spot on, but I narrowed it down to 2, and he helped me choose lol. And good for him, he got me to buy the ones that were slightly cheaper. So money wasn't even his motive. They also happened to be selling t shirts at 40% off, so I had to cop three. Because #BallisLife ... but you already knew this. I'm going to keep coming back here until something else happens, or I stop running.... or stop playing ball.... which will never happen. So yea, I'll likely be back in here at minimum twice a year. read more

The Nike Factory Outlet is probably the store I visit the most at the Outlet Shops, it's not the Nike Nirvana that are the flagship stores in bigger cities, but the selection is pretty good and they often have great deals. They have lots of great Nike shoes and apparel here, though it is not the place to find the latest and greatest, or to buy team merchandise, they're usually really limited in those areas, but it's not like it's all old, uncool stuff, just not the very latest. Throughout the year they have fantastic sales, the best one is their Black Friday where they hace 40% off your entire purchase, but that one gets way too crowded for me, luckily they have really good Friends and Family discounts. It's a Nike store so you already know the deal. The shoes are at generally good prices, I may even go as far as saying great. Socks are pretty dang inexpensive too...the rest of the clothes are almost at regular price so I'd say it's better to wait for a sale. But luckily the sales happen often. But what I really come here for is the plethora of seating in a 70 degrees store. After walking about 15 feet out of my car in the EP sun I always deeply consider turning around and going home, but I push through the pain and tell myself, "You can relax once you hit the first door," and usually Nike is that first door. I lay down and enjoy what the AC Gods have provided in the Nike store until I have mustered enough energy to actually begin shopping. If you're just there to shop though, you'll have a nice experience. And everyone on staff is super nice and full of energy. It makes me kind of sick to see how much energy they have when I'm withering away, but once I'm back on their level it's pleasant. Also, I'm just going to throw this out there (but know that this didn't affect their rating, it's just a thought)...if they wanted to have complimentary Powerade or Gatorade available when you walk in, I wouldn't be mad. read more

Found some great shoes today! They had 20% off everything! I always get my daughter's shoes here. The only downfall was the line to get in. We had to wait in the heat for a while and they weren't really monitoring if people were six feet apart in line. Honestly didn't expect much from this Nike Factory store because it's in El Paso... but I was so wrong! This was probably one of the cleanest and most organized Nike Outlets I've ever been to, and their selection of shoes and clothing was great too! And on top of that, the sales and deals were solid as well. If I'm ever traveling through Texas again I am definitely coming back here. read more

What can I say, I have way too many pairs of shoes already. Then you put me in a giant shoe store with discounted shoes and bam next thing you know I have 7 more pairs. The place gets packed but the prices are pretty nice and I enjoy good shoe prices. The staff was very nice and helpful and again i was just happy that I was buying shoes. Keep in mind, this is a Nike Outlet but it's still Nike so while there are rad deals, not everything has a sale tag attached. Most of the merchandise is current and some linger around from the previous season. As with any store, one day you'll walk out with a bag of goodies and the very next visit you walk out empty handed. Merchandise definitely gets picked through here so sizing can be limited for sale items. PS- Most of my review is based on the ladies side! The shoes here are the best part in my opinion and you can find some GREAT deals. I've seen a current season, $120 pair of Nike shoes for $85 at this location. There's even a clearance section where you can get Nike shoes (Free, Fusion, Air Max) for $40-$60! Usually it's a certain color they're trying to clear out or a new version just came out so they need to move merchandise but hey, maybe you were looking for that version or are okay with blue instead of pink. Granted there are some styles that are not at a deep discount or are not offered in a broad color scheme but when you're still saving $10, $15, or $20 it's kind of hard to be mad about that. There is usually a sale on some of the clothing selections (certain styles or newer items are just at normal prices) so depending on what you want, you can score 30%-50% off. There's also a small clearance rack, usually filled with out of season merchandise, but up to 75% off. If you're patient, whatever you have your eye on will eventually be on sale. You can call ahead to the store and ask about that item before making the trip. Miscellaneous items like backpacks and socks are almost always on sale and at really good prices. I've seen nice $20 backpacks that are usually only that price elsewhere when it's Black Friday. Sure the selection could be more broad (as most Outlets have that issue) and could use a few more sales on the clothing or a better clearance rack, but I feel like the focus is more on the shoes anyway and the pricing is fair for that. The store is clean, the employees are super friendly. Military discounts are offered with a valid ID. read more

My all time favorite store and am from Albuquerque I got the best service ever the employees were very nice and professional clean store so I purchased a pair of huaraches payed almost nothing for them 80 walked out when I opened my box I had no straps for them was definitely disappointing so I went back in explaining to them I didn't get straps so they told me those did come for the drifts so they so they still went around and found some for me that made my my day thx Nike read more

Well stocked and roomy. I always find a few good deals in here. Some sales are mediocre b/c the product itself has been shuffled around for a few seasons or is their unpopular model/design/color. But with so much variations, colors, styles out nowadays, it would be difficult to keep up with the newest items. But who cares, hey it's Nike!! read more
