I tried a new snack at Frontera Coffee Co. It was fun to try something new even though I have visited the outlet mall many times. I felt so adventurous! Frontera is definitely eclectic. You can order coffee, tea, pastries, and items like elote or in my case loaded Doritos. The loaded Doritos were a medley of flavors: peanuts, queso, cucumber, jicama and more all in one bag! Very unique. I recommend The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso.

They told me that they will escalate the issue. Because apparently the cards were never activated from the store. And to go back to the store to check on them. Unfortunately it's already the end of March 2023 and I don't have the receipt from the store anymore. I went back to the store. Asked for a manager. A lady witch was the manager at the time told me that without a receipt they couldn't do anything about it. And even if I did the system will not reflect any info from last year. She had a bad attitude about it. And basically told me to call Nike corporate. Witch I did and they told me they were going to help me. And that the issue was going to be escalated. With Nike corporate told me that that will be the case. And to wait for a response I'm 3 to 5 days. I never got a response. Contacted them again about the issue. Told them what happen at the store. They keep me online for about 30 min and came back and told me if you don't have the receipts anymore we can't do anything about it. Will definitely report this to the BBB and tell them that they bluntly stole $40 from me Oh by the way. Because of the inconvenience they gave me a 20% discount code for a future purchase. Smfh

Situated smack dab in the center of El Paso off of I10, it has still held its ground in the dystopian closures of malls and when the grand structures of what once held down America are becoming few and in-between. This mall is still running strong and I have to say that free parking at this mall is such a blessing. It's a tad surreal how you get used to paying for parking to shop in other cities, so it's refreshing lol. It was like I was walking on clouds and I could use them for both casual and more formal situations. Unfortunately, they were seeing the end of life as the tread was gone and there was enough wear on the side that a hole was forming. Luckily, right by my hotel, I drove past a Skechers Factory Outlet on my way back. For someone who has become quite the Skechers fan, this place was a little piece of heaven. There were a ton of styles and sizes to choose from and they had a sale where if you bought one pair you got the second one half off. I quickly went to the section where they had "cooling memory foam" slip on shoes and got myself 2 new pairs. I had trouble finding a size but one of the sales agents quickly came to my aid and found the last one for me. If you have an account with Skechers, you can start accumulating points towards a gift certificate so be sure to have that all set up before you come and make your purchase. I believe for every $100 you spend you get $10 to spend on your next purchase. Love this place and if I had more room in my suitcase I would have bought more!
