In the back, behind the children's section, they have a wall full of random crap in bags that made for a fun time digging through them looking for what I needed (an embroidery hoop). Need a bag full of doll heads? This is your place. The cashier I interacted with did not speak English, which made for an interesting interaction as one of my items did not have a clearly marked price. Not exactly sure what these people below were expecting, but I had a great time at this Rack. You…read morehave to understand that the Dallas market is much more afluent than El Paso, and with that, you cant expect the same high end designer brands and offerings in every store to be the same. I found an awesome Ben Sherman suit for $299 and several pairs of jeans you cant find anywhere else in the city. They even checked me out on a mobile checkout device of some kind. The store is nice looking, its a joke to say its equivalent to a Marshall's or Ross, thats just an asinine statement. Check it out and see for yourself, just keep an open mind unlike the people below. It's off price retail in El Paso, not midtown Manhattan.

Primark at Cielo Vista Mall - First Impressions…read more I hadn't stepped into Cielo Vista in ages, but curiosity got the better of me when I saw all the ads for Primark, one of the mall's newest (and biggest) stores. It's tucked upstairs in the corner with its own bright, welcoming entrance, and honestly, it feels like a cross between H&M and Old Navy. What Stood Out The store is huge with wide aisles and tons of associates ready to help. They carry everything--clothes for men, women, kids, bras, beauty products, shoes, home goods, even luggage. Prices are undeniably cheap. I snagged a pair of pants for $10 and a jacket for $20. Not the best quality, but perfect for refreshing basics or quick trends. Shopping Experience The checkout system was... interesting. You pick between regular or self-checkout, and while they charge for bags, there are free paper ones hidden at the bottom if you look closely. On the way out, you scan your receipt at a gate before leaving. Very different setup compared to other retailers. Overall Vibe Primark is fast fashion through and through. If you need affordable, on-trend clothing in a pinch, it delivers. But if you care about longevity or sustainability, you may find the quality lacking. Personally, I don't usually shop fast fashion because of how quickly it ends up in landfills--I prefer secondhand--but I wanted to check it out. Would I go back? Maybe if I needed a quick, budget-friendly piece. But for me, it felt a lot like items I could just order online from Amazon. Still, for El Paso shoppers who love variety at low prices, this store is going to be a hit.
