Last three orders placed on AAFES, again all shipped from Ft Bliss Exchange, have ALL ARRIVED BROKEN. Three claims filed with online AAFES. Last Order from FT Bliss, arrived 30 Oct 25, also arrived with extensive damage, all 6 items. No padding on the items, one piece of brown paper around a 2 lb Resin Figurine / Candle Holder. No bubble wrap, no styrofoam, no air pockets pillow things - they beat each other up as they travelled to San Diego area. No damage to box, not FedEx's fault. FOLLOW UP MONDAY: NOV 3: I called and spoke to GM / Store Manager, very nice of her to take my call. She said no one from AAFES online orders, had reached out to let them know of breakage issue with online orders shipped out of Fort Bliss Exchange complex. In the whole scheme of things this is not important, but it is a big waste of money & customer time ( Customer has to call shopmyexchange, start claim process, supply photos and then wait for return or even exchange ) - She said she would pass the packing / breakage issue to the shipping department. Bubble Wrap is a wonderful thing. This was 3 separate shipments, all the same items, all arrived damaged due to lack of padding. I did this claim business three times and I am tired. No more 2 lb frogs for me - this was a total of 15 broken frogs in 3 separate shipments. I am having nightmares of Bath & Body Works frogs crippled and damaged chasing me thru the house. I have PTFD, post traumatic frog disorder.

I found it interesting my usual UPS Store didn't come up. Rather, Kohls at Redd Rock Shopping Center was my only "free return" option. I was going to be at that side of town so I decided to click "Return at Kohls." I checked their hours and I was positively impressed to see that on Sundays they are open all the way til 11pm, it was then when I knew I had made the right choice. When arrived their parking lot was roomy. Inside Kohls was nicely decorated for the Holidays, not crazy full and clean. I headed to their front registers and they were busy, I took a moment to make eye contact with an employee and asked where costumer service was at. The employee naturally saw me with my amazon package and explained where in the store is their amazon returns kiosk. The amazon returns Kiosk is all the way in the back of the store, while walking there I was able to eye ball cute items at great discounts, when arrived at the kiosk no one was there and it is not a self serve kiosk so I had to walk all the way to the front of the store to tell an employee that I needed help, then to walk all the way to the back of the store to wait on someone when someone else was now in line. Bummer... Kohls was genius to create this kiosk and allure you in their store. Once I completed my return I was give a coupon for 25% any item in their store for the next 10 days. It all makes sense now. I cannot deny I loved what I saw in Kohls, and with their store hours I will very likely come back. Yup, yup, yup, yup!!!

I just went yesterday, found this gorgeous coat, was expecting to pay upwards of $60 with tax and walked away only $26 lighter! That's a deal if I've ever seen one. But again, it does tend to be messy so be prepared to spend a while going through rack after rack... it's worth it though. And if I had to guess why it's so messy, it appears as though when other H&M stores should be taking certain things of the racks, it gets send here. Needless to say, great selection. I love that the clothing is great quality. I have shirts, sweaters, purses, and more that all have yet to show signs of wear even if they're a year or two old. The clothing is also true to size, meaning this is perfect for anyone that struggles to find the right size jeans or dresses or shirts because they're tall, short, skinny, or any other thing one can be.
