She was able to help me with my items when my children's place credit card was put on hold since i was in a different state. She called customer service for me. The customer service representative didn't know what to do. But since i received a text confirmation if i used my Children's place CC. Once i confirmed, I let Msrlene know what had happened. We put back the money from my debit card back and charged the amount to the Children's place credit card. Most cashiers would have a difficult time with transactions and would refused to help or give customers attitude. Children's place cielo vista mall is lucky to have Marlene as one of their staff. Situated smack dab in the center of El Paso off of I10, it has still held its ground in the dystopian closures of malls and when the grand structures of what once held down America are becoming few and in-between. This mall is still running strong and I have to say that free parking at this mall is such a blessing. It's a tad surreal how you get used to paying for parking to shop in other cities, so it's refreshing lol. Yes some stores might not be ideal and someone is bound to offer you a "free sample" in a kiosk, but it's a fun place to experience time to time.
