I can count on Macy's for some of the best sale prices! I received a pre holiday weekend notification of a sale on handbags so I did my usual routine: filter by designer and click on COACH. Yes I am a brand loyalist because I can be hard on my bags and shoes, but with Coach, I have to donate them when I am sick of them because they don't wear out. My other thing I love about Coach is that the dye lots are pretty on point year after year...which brings me to the gold top handled bag I just purchased. About five years ago I bought a pair of sandals, mule style with a kitten heel, in gold, and the year or two before I bought a pair of flat sandals in the same color. I was using other bags to go with them and then I saw this beauty- make no mistake, it is metallic in color but buttery soft as a luxurious leather bag should be. Yes it is tiny but can hold a nice sized cosmetic bag- in the words of the late Jackie O, "when a lady is out with a man, she does not need a wallet"- so there, now I have lots of room! All three items, the two pairs of sandals and the bag all match, so I am ready for a long weekend getaway! This is the same situation with all of my Coach shoes and bags- if I purchase a bag in the color Beechwood or Saddle or Chalk, shoes in the same color are usually a perfect match- so you can pack three pairs of shoes and a pair of sneakers and one bag and be matchey-matchey all weekend long! This now brings me to Macy's- so I knew I wanted this bag so I always search Coach.com, Macy's, Bloomingdales.com and Dillards to search for the best price. Macy's had the most spectacular price so I purchased on line and had it with free shipping in a few days. So the outlet- Coach makes a special line of bags for the outlet then they sell in their flagship stores. Sometimes you can find something from the flagship stores at the outlet and on line under "Coach Reserve", so if you are looking on Coach outlet.com and not seeing what you want, that is why. In short, the Internet is a wonderful thing because it can save you tons of time if you just want something specific at the best price. I used to always online shop from here because I don't like trying on clothes that other people have. Germs kill. Ha, literally. Overall Macys always has what you need. This location slowly started to get worse in customer service over the years. Not sure why. I would witness shop lifters daily coming here but it is literally due to lack of personnel and also lack of customer service. read more

Mind you this is based on an experience from a Saturday two weeks before Xmas. The music is TOO loud I couldn't hear myself think let alone communicate with the people I was shopping with. The crowds were insane too. Not to mention the mess I know they are understaffed but it looks like there was no recovery all day I'd hate to see the fitting rooms I couldn't stay more than the time it took from the entrance to the mall exit. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen from any Macys ever!!! Took a ring here here to have it fixed. 5 weeks ago!!! Never heard from anyone I have tried calling so many times but they never answer the phone. I had to call another dept to speak to a a manager she tells me it's been sitting here.. oh ok but no one can call. I liked this place. They were very helpful regarding choosing the right dress for a ball and they put it on hold for me for a day (duh... How am I supposed to decide wick dress in going to wear within 1 hour?!) I also like the very friendly lady who worked at the cash register but the reason why this one only gets 3 stars is that I feel lost of the staff thinks they're freaking superstars, as arrogant as they walk around in there. When I'm a customer, I don't want to make the employee feel like a queen but I want to be treated like one because in the end, I'm going to bring the money in, right?! Overall store and selection was good, but the ladies in the beauty department were not. They were either incredibly pushing and followed me around or ignored me entirely when I needed help. I was buying items from lancome and I waited for 10 minutes for them to help me. I was buying mascara and I asked the lady if the kind I was buying was clumpy and she hesitantly said no. Either she was lying or had no idea what she was talking about because it is extremely clumpy. I wouldn't suggest trusting anyone in the beauty department. read more

This place is crap. I went to my local Macys in California to purchase some pants. My store didn't have them but the store in Texas did. My store had to call the Texas store to have them ship the pants to me - the only problem was NOBODY IN THE ENTIRE FREAKIN STORE WOULD ANSWER THEIR PHONE! I literally watched my customer service girl call every department. Finally she got ahold of someone after 45 minutes and then asked to speak to the store manager. He asked his assistant to get a number to call back and he'd call within 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, no call. Wasted over an hour trying to get these pants ordered and left empty handed. The store manager at this location really needs some major coaching. You'd think after hearing my story that he'd personally take care of it and not pass it off. I'm still fuming... read more

I've shopped here a few times...I love the coupons! Anyway the last time I was here I was checking out some Ray Ban shades in the sunglass hut kiosk they have. The cashier was the SWEETEST! She's probably the only person that works there that is nice. I've paid for some nike clothes next to the kiosk, those girls act like I'm annoying them. The shoe department? Forget it. Michael Kors handbag department? I had to flag some other guy down to get my purse. Come on do they want to make a sale? Oh probably not because they don't work on commission. Jewelry department? Same thing. And this store isn't organized the way it should be. The four stars? The lady are the sunglass hut kiosk and coupons saved them from one star. Get your act together Macy's. read more

This location is inside the mall so it is very convenient, you can go to the mall for other shopping as well . Prices are fair and a lot of the times they have a sale so you get a discount from the actual price tag . Works out for me . read more
