While the service is friendly, I consistently have to throw food away that I order online for store pickup. The shoppers are not checking the expiration dates. I consistently have to throw away milk, spring mix, and packaged fruit because the use by date is either the same day as order/pick up or the next day. read more

This Target is what Target dreams are made of. I scored all the Fall decorations my heart desired. The store was organized nicely, clean and huge. This particular Target's floor plan is set up so nicely which made it super easy to find things that go well with each other. I can't wait to decorate my home. Also, the staff was super friendly. The people who work at Target and for their Shipt delivery service are awesome. My problem is with the management...you can not reach them to help with a problem that I have tried to get fixed for 2 weeks now through all of their AI and overseas call centers, which were terribly unhelpful. I have a delightful Shipt Shopper named, Laurie, whom I wish added to my Preferred Shoppers list and no one can help. Whenever she delivers, I am NOT given the option to add her to my preferred list. yet, when Adam or Nonnie deliver, I am given this option. Why is it that neither Target nor Shipt can address this request for help after 2 weeks? Shopping at Albertsons and Walmart is becoming more attractive. read more

I've been meaning to write a review on this place for months now in hope that it would improve. Drive up is a total mess here, the employees take their sweet ass time just to come outside with a 5 pound bag of puppy food. On the app I specifically put driver side window to deliver my bag of dogfood. Instead, a woman comes to my passenger side and stands there, knocks on my window, disrespectfully asks for the code, and proceeds to toss it throw my window. This target was close to my home, so we visited this Target several times and this was our to go Target! Every time I have shopped here, I have been able to find everything I need. Staff are very helpful and kind. They are always eager to greet you upon entering the store. During the COVID19 pandemic they have been really good at ensuring everything is clean and sanitized, especially when it comes to the carts. Everything is always so organized and clean at the store. Staff is always helpful in finding items you need. In addition, there is a Starbucks located inside the store which is another plus. During early morning grocery shoppings, I always swinged by Starbucks and got my coffee. The staff at Starbucks is also very friendly! I cannot count how many times I've been here. Honestly, Walmart gets way too packed and on days when I'm anti people and crowds , I go here, which is often. Everytime I go a Target employee greets me, it could be a stocker or an employee walking by. They ask how we are doing and if we need help finding anything to let them know. That's pretty cool! I love Target clothes but you'll find ya girl in the clearance section! Their makeup section is really good too! They have this bin that has items for like $3 or $5 and I love it! Oh and their home decor is my fave! I recently bought a faux tree for about $90 and it's my fave. I love it. It looks real! Ladies and gentlemen, I'm that annoying person that holds up the line here at times. Sorry! I try to always use coupons and the Cartwheel app in order to save money. I also use the Ibotta app from time to time. Ibotta puts money back into your bank account. Once you hit $20, you can cash out. Yeah, this is cold hard cash! Target is pricey but not so much if you're using all of this. Plus, I usually have giftcards because I buy shampoo and soap here. They give you between $5 and $15 in giftcards, sometimes more when you buy these items. I've also received them after buying soda. I'm always stocking up on this. It doesn't go bad so why not? I also like Target clothes but they are pricey. This Target is usually clean and the service is decent. They don't have a snack bar anymore. It's now a Starbucks. I wish they would stop calling me ma'am here but that's what it is when you hit about 35. I would say this is one of the better Targets in El Paso. read more

This Target has everything you need for your home, work, office, child or anything else. You really can't go wrong with coming to Target. There are times when the lines get too long, but this place does a pretty good job of getting them down quickly. My one complaint is the bathroom up keep. My son has to use it everytime we are there. So when I got there today, I was disappointed that it was filthy. Seems like no one has cleaned it properly all day. The log on the door was not filled out. I hope this was a one time thing. Oh Target, I love you... I go in for vitamins and come out with groceries, clothing and games. So then I have to make another trip to get what I actually went for in the first place. Oops! Just last week while most employees of other stores are overwhelmed by the Christmas madness, we were lucky enough to find Levi. He not only helped us by looking in back for an item we needed, but also called another target to hold the item for us. He was kind, patient and very friendly. After loading our cart up with items that nobody really needs, we went to check out. Surprise! There was Levi again, smiling and helping customers checkout. Honestly, this is probably the most helpful employee I've come across here. Several times I've come during the day to find aisles blocked while they're being restocked by target employees. Not only is it annoying but I'm sure they get annoyed by us pushing our way through just to grab that cream cheese at the very end. In the the end, I'll always come back because well, target you're the place I go to wander aimlessly, adding items to my cart and just not really thinking. I need you and I think you need me too. I haven't been to this location in a long time, and it was a pleasurable experience. From the moment I walked in the door the customer service was great! I was greeted with a friendly smile, almost every department I browsed in had an employee asking if I needed help, and I had a pick up as well and the employee there was very nice and really helpful. I haven't had this kind of customer service in a while! There were tons of employees on the sales floor making it easy to ask for help unlike other places where you have to hunt someone down. I can easily spend an hour or two in Target. It's The Land of Eternal Happiness. And it's not just The Land of Eternal Happiness for women, please reference the numerous Yelp reviews by men. You just can't be upset here and if you're real with yourself you know you've never even seen a baby cry while in Target. This is the only Target on the Westside (unfortunately), but it never gets packed like the Targets I remember going to as a kid. Every time I've gone there may have been a line of about three people max. But when that line hits four people, two more registers open up. Yeah, they're on their A-game here. I never really use the grocery section, but it is pretty good in size. Bigger than K Mart, smaller than Wal-Mart. The few times I have gone through their grocery section for one thing or another their prices seemed a little high on some things, but sales were pretty good. And their Nutella was like twenty cents cheaper than anywhere else... that's important information. The cafe is alright and if your significant other is having a hard time admitting they LOVE Target, take them their and get them a pretzel and Coke. Although I'm very intrigued by Paul E's review and their popcorn so perhaps next time I'll give it a try. Still waiting for this cafe to serve alcohol... I know it's coming... one day. This is my absolute favorite place to buy all the kids in my life toys and little home decor items (sometimes even appliances). They have a good range of things in every section and tons of sales. And I'm talking good priced sales. We did almost all of our Christmas shopping this year at Target. Speaking of which, the Christmas section is always pretty good with decently priced wrapping paper, boxes, ornaments, and trees. I really like Target and this one is up to the standards of any other Target I've ever been to. I stopped at Walmart this afternoon needing a few grocery items, but was put off by the number of people shopping at once. I went over to the Target at Sunland and just have to say how surprised I was at the way the staff there is handling this epidemic. It was super clean..I was offered a cart that was just freshly wiped down with sanitizer. Many of those working were wearing masks. This will by my go to place to shop next time I need to go out and re-stock. Thanks Target workers for keeping on and doing such an awesome job..we'll all get through this eventually. read more

I mean, it's Target...what's not to love? I wonder how many times I can use the word Target in this review...just to show my affinity for Target. This isn't a Super Target, but it's the only one on the west side. They do have what I think is a larger than average grocery section that most typical Targets. I don't go to Target for groceries, but it's convenient when I only need one or two things and don't want to make another stop. This Target location recently added self check-out which is a nice addition to an already quality store. There are only 4 self check lanes, I think. It's a sufficient amount though. The regular lanes are rarely very backed up. Checking out is typically a breeze at this Target. I don't think I've gotten quite to ten uses of the word Target, but you get the point. I really love Target and you will too, especially if you're a popcorn lover like me. I know this is gonna sound weird but don't judge me until you've tried it...THEY HAVE THE BEST POPCORN! I absolutely love theater popcorn and Target serves up a nice comparable match without the heavy price, $1.50 for a medium size bag. I sometimes stop by Target to just get their popcorn, especially when pairing it up with a movie. Like mentioned in other reviews, if you got the Red Card you get a discount on everything you buy and because I know your thinking it, YES, it does include the popcorn as well hahaha. Plus, if you only got like one or two items you can check out at the food court as well while scooping up a bag of popcorn. So if it's super busy it isn't hard for me to make the excuse that I got the popcorn because the lines were long. So next time you drop in, swing by the food court and pick up a bag. Clean, well stocked store with friendly and helpful staff. I must say I'm impressed, this is the first Target I've shopped that carried plus size swimwear with proper breast support! I wish there was a Target with a full grocery section closer to the West side, but this one does the trick. Even when it's crowded, the lines move quickly and staff is available if you need help finding something. The grocery selection isn't what I would call vast, but at the same time, it's not bad either. The quality of the products they offer is very good, so "working with what they have" isn't much of a problem. Between the extremely convenient location and the great way the store is kept up, I'll continue shopping there on a weekly basis. Note on the parking lot: Lot's of cart return racks. If you're tired of getting your car dinged up at Wal Mart, it provides a great alternative. read more

I was so surprised to see how dirty and disgusting the restrooms were ... Dirty floors, nasty smell . I couldn't believe it was target ... The men's restroom door was kept open and u could clearly see their restroom was as dirty ... And it wasn't the first time ... Needs some serious improvement . The amazingly attentive ladies, Patsy and Maricela, have been serving customers with grace and kindness during all that time, and always with a smile. They are courteous and just plain wonderful. I really have NO complaints about this Target which is unusual for any store. It beats walmart in every single way and is the only department store that I will bother to go into anymore because It's not filled with screaming infants and discarded garbage! I never have to wait very long in line and I love getting a salted pretzel from their food court because honestly they're some of the better pretzels I've ever had. Their prices are more than reasonable (you pay a bit more to avoid wally world but it's worth every penny). I really do love this Target, it's very clean and friendly. The people here are friendly, except for one specific cashier, an older woman with long peppered gray hair and glasses. Avoid her at all costs. She took my hand basket, with all my items (one of which was glass) and she brusquely turned it upside down onto the conveyor belt. The things fell out and the glass bounced around. She set the plastic hand basket aside, near the POS. I then took my hand basket and set it in the pile at the register parallel to the one I was currently in. She loudly demanded it by saying, "Give it to me." No niceties, and in a tone. I asked her to say please and this made her furious. She demanded the basket again and people began to watch, as she made a scene. She finally said please, and then yanked the basket from my grip. She did not say the total balance aloud and so I waited for her to say the cost of my items. Instead she stared at me blankly. She then pointed to the terminal and said, "You pay right there." When she again failed to say the total price of my items, I reminded her she hadn't said the cost. She blatantly lied to my face, and that of my group, when she said, "I already said it." Still, she did not disclose the cost of my purchase. While paying I made sure to let her know that I would mention this in a review. She didn't seem to care. The facilities here are great and the product selection is always well organized, but Target, this bad apple is older and for that specific reason, can not lay claim to an ignorance about the relevance of customer service.
