What made it more frustrating is that I've been to other Men's Wearhouse locations around the country, and the treatment and customer service at those stores was exceptional. That's honestly why I came in expecting a professional, attentive experience. Unfortunately, this location didn't come close. It's tucked upstairs in the corner with its own bright, welcoming entrance, and honestly, it feels like a cross between H&M and Old Navy. What Stood Out The store is huge with wide aisles and tons of associates ready to help. They carry everything--clothes for men, women, kids, bras, beauty products, shoes, home goods, even luggage. Prices are undeniably cheap. I snagged a pair of pants for $10 and a jacket for $20. Not the best quality, but perfect for refreshing basics or quick trends. Shopping Experience The checkout system was... interesting. You pick between regular or self-checkout, and while they charge for bags, there are free paper ones hidden at the bottom if you look closely. On the way out, you scan your receipt at a gate before leaving. Very different setup compared to other retailers. Overall Vibe Primark is fast fashion through and through. If you need affordable, on-trend clothing in a pinch, it delivers. But if you care about longevity or sustainability, you may find the quality lacking. Personally, I don't usually shop fast fashion because of how quickly it ends up in landfills--I prefer secondhand--but I wanted to check it out. Would I go back? Maybe if I needed a quick, budget-friendly piece. But for me, it felt a lot like items I could just order online from Amazon. Still, for El Paso shoppers who love variety at low prices, this store is going to be a hit.

I scored so many pieces that averaged between $125-$250 at full MSRP and scored them for about $12-$13 a piece. This was during the holiday weekend before Christmas but I was shocked how empty it was. The quality of the clothes here are outstanding and this is one of the most upscale designer stores El Paso has at the outlets. I'm pretty obsessed with the pieces I got here tbh. It's one of three liquidation centers so the same pieces I was snagging here they were being sold at their actual outlet stores for way more.

I noticed the self check out lines but I wanted to ask an associate about store programs/deals/subscriptions as I am a frequent thrift store visitor and this store is new to me. I observed a man standing behind the jewelry section and I kept waving at him in a friendly manner suggesting I needed assistance. After 20 minutes of being ignored, he finally asked if I was "lost or something." I asked if I could check out with an associate and he stated, "we don't have staff for that go on the self check out." I noticed a woman had also been waiting for help at a self check out station and she never received help so she walked out. I walked to the next available station and I realized I couldn't understand the system so I requested for help on the monitor which made the station number blink. As I waited, I observed 2 women at the station behind me checking out items (or so I thought). One of them starred at me the entire time I stood there but didn't think much of it. After another 10 minutes of receiving no help, I moved over to another register and figured the system out. As I'm finishing up and recovering my receipt, I begin to walk out when the lady that was starting at me earlier when I needed help, approaches me and asks me to leave the hangers at the register. I asked, if she saw I needed help earlier, why didn't she advise me she was with a client but could help me at her earlier convenience?? She just stood there and watched me struggle. She rolled her eyes and walked away towards the gentleman standing behind the jewelry section to begin a conversation. I was so agitated by the lack of courtesy, lack of customer service, lack of staff it seems as I never saw any staff on the floor, and the atmosphere did not feel welcoming.
