I tried a new snack at Frontera Coffee Co. It was fun to try something new even though I have visited the outlet mall many times. I felt so adventurous! Frontera is definitely eclectic. You can order coffee, tea, pastries, and items like elote or in my case loaded Doritos. The loaded Doritos were a medley of flavors: peanuts, queso, cucumber, jicama and more all in one bag! Now we have two and one of them (this one) is an outlet. This H&M is an outlet... what does that mean to you? It's messy. But everything is always on sale, always! Every time I've been here, I see how they're trying to be organized, how they're trying to group together all similar blouses and slacks and jackets and such, but it just never works out. In the women's section I'd say only the center display actually stays organized, but in my experience even that section doesn't always have the proper signage or the right prices on each item. The good news is this, the price will never be higher than the listed price, but on a good day it'll be lower. I just went yesterday, found this gorgeous coat, was expecting to pay upwards of $60 with tax and walked away only $26 lighter! That's a deal if I've ever seen one. But again, it does tend to be messy so be prepared to spend a while going through rack after rack... it's worth it though. And if I had to guess why it's so messy, it appears as though when other H&M stores should be taking certain things of the racks, it gets send here. Needless to say, great selection. I love that the clothing is great quality. I have shirts, sweaters, purses, and more that all have yet to show signs of wear even if they're a year or two old. The clothing is also true to size, meaning this is perfect for anyone that struggles to find the right size jeans or dresses or shirts because they're tall, short, skinny, or any other thing one can be. Me personally, I hop between two sizes at H&M depending on the build, but I'm always able to get what I want in the size I need. Great place to shop for the whole family. Great prices. Always having sales. Huge selection. My preference when it comes to H&Ms in El Paso.

I really do not like shopping and…read moredo the majority of it online, However, the reason I first entered this store was that of my mother and now has become several visits which I do not regret. My mom loves this store because of the variety of purses they sell. She buys these purses as gifts for her staff because I guess they all go super nuts over purses, especially Michael Kors. It's an advantage for her because it seems that TJ Maxx is always carrying Michael Kors in stock and this location is very convenient for us. Now the reason I love this store is because of the Homegoods section. I love this side of the store because of some of the unique furnishings I can find for a home that works as perfect gifts for my staff. I have bought a variety of different items ranging from vases to Eiffel towers, paintings to items for the kitchen that my staff loves. Some have even asked me if I can find another piece because they loved it so much. Sometimes I can but sometimes you run into a problem of it being pretty unique that you just might not see it the next day. I find the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful and the checkout process is usually rather quick.

I got some skate laces here that cost less than $4 a pair. They even have some glow in the dark ones that are all 54". If your skates go higher than the ankle they probably will be a little too short though. There are a lot of socks too (including knee-high ones) which would make for some great gifts. If you like Hot Topic (which is right across from this store), you will like Journeys. I will be back to get more things.

My daughter and I went here to pick out school shoes and the kids working here were very polite and attentive and went out of their way with smiling faces to both size my daughter and get us the numerous shoes we wanted to try on. We left happy but when we got home, we realized we were missing a left show to one of our pairs. I called up and the young lady I spoke to was apologetic but I understood, we are human and people make mistakes. I asked if the shoe was still there and was prepared to go back and pick it up but to my surprise, they offered to ship it to me overnight! Wow! Great customer service! They have kept me as a customer for years to come, righting a simple mistake that would have just been a slight inconvenience for me. She also informed me about the benefits of the credit card and went out of her way on a busy Saturday afternoon to help me get all the items I needed. Amazing customer service and just an overall pleasant person to deal with. It was so busy at the store but it's employees like her that make the store shopping experience great. The only drawback was that we had to carry our merchandise out ourselves without a store bag, unless we opted to pay an extra $10 for a plastic bag! Very disappointing because we had to carry the dolls and two bulky hoodies. We had no choice but to lug everything back to the trunk of our car. It would be good of them to notify customers upon entering, but, of course, that would be a major setback for them.

Number one and the biggest thing...the way the clothes racks are set up, it's very crowded and not comfortable to shop. Second the fitting room is also very small and when the store is crowded...it feels like we are sardines in a can. The last thing is...there are never any associates (at least the times I have been there) walking around to see if anyone needs help and when you do need help, the associates that they do have are either a cashier or they are running the fitting rooms. Now the goods of the store...the prices are very good! They also have a great selection of stuff, especially Childress stuff! It's also an actual outlet store. Many of the stores at the outlet mall are priced the same as regular stores and are not really "outlet" stores but this one definitely is an outlet store. It's also easy to find when you are walking around the mall.
