I got some skate laces here that cost less than $4 a pair. They even have some glow in the dark ones that are all 54". If your skates go higher than the ankle they probably will be a little too short though. There are a lot of socks too (including knee-high ones) which would make for some great gifts. My daughter and I went here to pick out school shoes and the kids working here were very polite and attentive and went out of their way with smiling faces to both size my daughter and get us the numerous shoes we wanted to try on. We left happy but when we got home, we realized we were missing a left show to one of our pairs. I called up and the young lady I spoke to was apologetic but I understood, we are human and people make mistakes. I asked if the shoe was still there and was prepared to go back and pick it up but to my surprise, they offered to ship it to me overnight! Wow! Great customer service! They have kept me as a customer for years to come, righting a simple mistake that would have just been a slight inconvenience for me. She helped me find some and for the others that were not there she helped me order online with free shipping. She also informed me about the benefits of the credit card and went out of her way on a busy Saturday afternoon to help me get all the items I needed. Amazing customer service and just an overall pleasant person to deal with. It was so busy at the store but it's employees like her that make the store shopping experience great. Otherwise ill just shop online. Please have more people like her at your stores.
