You can order coffee, tea, pastries, and items like elote or in my case loaded Doritos. The loaded Doritos were a medley of flavors: peanuts, queso, cucumber, jicama and more all in one bag! I called up and the young lady I spoke to was apologetic but I understood, we are human and people make mistakes. She also informed me about the benefits of the credit card and went out of her way on a busy Saturday afternoon to help me get all the items I needed. Amazing customer service and just an overall pleasant person to deal with. It was so busy at the store but it's employees like her that make the store shopping experience great. Number one and the biggest thing...the way the clothes racks are set up, it's very crowded and not comfortable to shop. Second the fitting room is also very small and when the store is crowded...it feels like we are sardines in a can. The last thing is...there are never any associates (at least the times I have been there) walking around to see if anyone needs help and when you do need help, the associates that they do have are either a cashier or they are running the fitting rooms. Now the goods of the store...the prices are very good! They also have a great selection of stuff, especially Childress stuff! It's also an actual outlet store. Many of the stores at the outlet mall are priced the same as regular stores and are not really "outlet" stores but this one definitely is an outlet store.
