I had to buy several men's gifts ( a friend's birthday and a father's day gift for my brother and brother-in-law). Usually I send the guys a goodie gift but everyone is dieting this year, so I needed to find another option. This store has a Memorial Day Sale happening that is feeder timing for dads and grads. The men's polo shirts, in a myriad of colors and patterns, are three for $99 and the button down shirts are four for $199!!!! If you ever had to buy men's dress shirts, you know this is a steal! Now let's not forget about the ladies! They had the cutest Polo dresses for $50, summer maxi dresses in a great packable knit for $65 and blouses, summer sweaters, jewelry, shoes and more at 50% off. If they don't have your size in stock in the store, they will order it for you and it will get shipped to your house. Additionally, the folks who work here are super. They are so helpful and professional. This is a great time to take your grads in for some job interview duds. The selection is great for guys and girls and the prices are wonderful.

I stated that the method of payment used in the purchase was cash and showed that it was clearly stated on the receipt. The employee stated that the Company policy did not allow for cash returns. This is an absolute lie. I ended up having to use a debit card in order to issue a return. Now, I have to wait 5 business days in order to see the money in my account. You've been warned. Employees here are inexperienced and not trained correctly.

I would give it a 5 but there are a few things around the store that are so much of an…read moreinconvenience that it brings the experience of shopping there down. Number one and the biggest thing...the way the clothes racks are set up, it's very crowded and not comfortable to shop. Second the fitting room is also very small and when the store is crowded...it feels like we are sardines in a can. The last thing is...there are never any associates (at least the times I have been there) walking around to see if anyone needs help and when you do need help, the associates that they do have are either a cashier or they are running the fitting rooms. Now the goods of the store...the prices are very good! They also have a great selection of stuff, especially Childress stuff! It's also an actual outlet store. Many of the stores at the outlet mall are priced the same as regular stores and are not really "outlet" stores but this one definitely is an outlet store. It's also easy to find when you are walking around the mall.

The store Manager Ruben and store associate Angel both could not have been more accommodating to me on this trip, even helping to correct an issue with my online accounts and a previous purchase. I appreciate them going above and beyond to take care of a customer and doing whatever was necessary to make sure the customer left happy. That's simply is something that is sadly lacking In the whole of service industry today. The girl told me it would be $80 for two blouses. What $80?? Ooh no way Jose! One blouse would be $54! I told her I didn't have my card with me. I said I might come back. Needless to say, I don't think I'm going back. I'm pretty sure I can get the same clothes for much less somewhere else. As a 30-something, I'm no longer into buying trendy clothes. I'm more into buying comfortable clothing and having a classic style. I want to buy clothes that look decent and never go out of style. Express has some classic style blouses and other nice accessories but the prices are ridiculous. I don't think I've ever bought anything from there. I'm not about to buy anything from Express unless the store goes out of business or the prices are a lot less.

Almost a year ago, I got my first pair(s) for Fathers Day 2025, I felt Liz needed to break down and get a pair for Momma's Day '26. So we dropped in to allow Liz to get the full service of trying on a pair or two. So, I wanted to say thanks to Lorena Aguilar for helping Liz out and getting her to the next step of Liz getting her first boots. She reminded us that military get 15% off...and if they don't have your size, they can order it from the warehouse.
