I stated that the method of payment used in the purchase was cash and showed that it was clearly stated on the receipt. The employee stated that the Company policy did not allow for cash returns. This is an absolute lie. I ended up having to use a debit card in order to issue a return. Now, I have to wait 5 business days in order to see the money in my account. You've been warned. Employees here are inexperienced and not trained correctly.

I found it interesting my usual UPS Store didn't come up. Rather, Kohls at Redd Rock Shopping Center was my only "free return" option. I was going to be at that side of town so I decided to click "Return at Kohls." I checked their hours and I was positively impressed to see that on Sundays they are open all the way til 11pm, it was then when I knew I had made the right choice. When arrived their parking lot was roomy. Inside Kohls was nicely decorated for the Holidays, not crazy full and clean. I headed to their front registers and they were busy, I took a moment to make eye contact with an employee and asked where costumer service was at. The employee naturally saw me with my amazon package and explained where in the store is their amazon returns kiosk. The amazon returns Kiosk is all the way in the back of the store, while walking there I was able to eye ball cute items at great discounts, when arrived at the kiosk no one was there and it is not a self serve kiosk so I had to walk all the way to the front of the store to tell an employee that I needed help, then to walk all the way to the back of the store to wait on someone when someone else was now in line. Bummer... Kohls was genius to create this kiosk and allure you in their store. Once I completed my return I was give a coupon for 25% any item in their store for the next 10 days. Now we have two and one of them (this one) is an outlet. This H&M is an outlet... what does that mean to you? It's messy. But everything is always on sale, always! Every time I've been here, I see how they're trying to be organized, how they're trying to group together all similar blouses and slacks and jackets and such, but it just never works out. In the women's section I'd say only the center display actually stays organized, but in my experience even that section doesn't always have the proper signage or the right prices on each item. The good news is this, the price will never be higher than the listed price, but on a good day it'll be lower. I just went yesterday, found this gorgeous coat, was expecting to pay upwards of $60 with tax and walked away only $26 lighter! That's a deal if I've ever seen one. But again, it does tend to be messy so be prepared to spend a while going through rack after rack... it's worth it though. And if I had to guess why it's so messy, it appears as though when other H&M stores should be taking certain things of the racks, it gets send here. Needless to say, great selection. I love that the clothing is great quality. I have shirts, sweaters, purses, and more that all have yet to show signs of wear even if they're a year or two old. The clothing is also true to size, meaning this is perfect for anyone that struggles to find the right size jeans or dresses or shirts because they're tall, short, skinny, or any other thing one can be. He was knowledgeable about the different types of boots, as well as being familiar with my company's boot voucher program. As the safety manager of a large manufacturing facility, I've arranged contracts with several boot companies to provide safety footwear for our employees. As a rule, I will go check these locations out to see about the selection and prices. Workwear has been a partner with us for over two years, and I've never wanted her to complaint from any of our employees about the service quality. Today was a great example, Julio stepped up to the plate, pointed out the clearance boots, help me pick out a couple different pairs, and gave me some great advice on what which ones will stand up to the rigors of my specific occupation. I walked out the door and I'm already wearing the boots. I've got. They feel fantastic, and I'm very satisfied with my visit there. I don't have a lot of patience for low quality product or poor customer service, but workwear hit the nail on the head on my very first visit there. Great job I will definitely be going back there next time I'm in El Paso and I need a cool pair of boots.
