Found some current COLLEGIATE & NFL TEAM shirts at a good price as football season is getting underway. A nice selection of dress wear, casual wear and even socks and accessories. The store Manager Ruben and store associate Angel both could not have been more accommodating to me on this trip, even helping to correct an issue with my online accounts and a previous purchase. I appreciate them going above and beyond to take care of a customer and doing whatever was necessary to make sure the customer left happy. That's simply is something that is sadly lacking In the whole of service industry today. Kuddoes to these two gentleman for carrying the torch and even understanding my original frustration with the online and previous purchase issues as well. If you're looking for one on one consultation to find the right fit for your size and a good seasonal selection of attire, and are a bigger or taller fella, be sure to stop by DXL SOON.

I can count on Macy's for some of the best sale prices! I received a pre holiday weekend…read morenotification of a sale on handbags so I did my usual routine: filter by designer and click on COACH. Yes I am a brand loyalist because I can be hard on my bags and shoes, but with Coach, I have to donate them when I am sick of them because they don't wear out. My other thing I love about Coach is that the dye lots are pretty on point year after year...which brings me to the gold top handled bag I just purchased. About five years ago I bought a pair of sandals, mule style with a kitten heel, in gold, and the year or two before I bought a pair of flat sandals in the same color. I was using other bags to go with them and then I saw this beauty- make no mistake, it is metallic in color but buttery soft as a luxurious leather bag should be. Yes it is tiny but can hold a nice sized cosmetic bag- in the words of the late Jackie O, "when a lady is out with a man, she does not need a wallet"- so there, now I have lots of room! All three items, the two pairs of sandals and the bag all match, so I am ready for a long weekend getaway! This is the same situation with all of my Coach shoes and bags- if I purchase a bag in the color Beechwood or Saddle or Chalk, shoes in the same color are usually a perfect match- so you can pack three pairs of shoes and a pair of sneakers and one bag and be matchey-matchey all weekend long! This now brings me to Macy's- so I knew I wanted this bag so I always search Coach.com, Macy's, Bloomingdales.com and Dillards to search for the best price. Macy's had the most spectacular price so I purchased on line and had it with free shipping in a few days. So the outlet- Coach makes a special line of bags for the outlet then they sell in their flagship stores. Sometimes you can find something from the flagship stores at the outlet and on line under "Coach Reserve", so if you are looking on Coach outlet.com and not seeing what you want, that is why. In short, the Internet is a wonderful thing because it can save you tons of time if you just want something specific at the best price. So where am I going on vacation- I want to visit some of my Yelp friends and eat at the places in their local that they feature!

This location slowly started to get worse in customer service over the years. Not sure why. I would witness shop lifters daily coming here but it is literally due to lack of personnel and also lack of customer service.

    Primark

Primark at Cielo Vista Mall - First Impressions…read more I hadn't stepped into Cielo Vista in ages, but curiosity got the better of me when I saw all the ads for Primark, one of the mall's newest (and biggest) stores. It's tucked upstairs in the corner with its own bright, welcoming entrance, and honestly, it feels like a cross between H&M and Old Navy. What Stood Out The store is huge with wide aisles and tons of associates ready to help. They carry everything--clothes for men, women, kids, bras, beauty products, shoes, home goods, even luggage. Prices are undeniably cheap. I snagged a pair of pants for $10 and a jacket for $20. Not the best quality, but perfect for refreshing basics or quick trends. Shopping Experience The checkout system was... interesting. You pick between regular or self-checkout, and while they charge for bags, there are free paper ones hidden at the bottom if you look closely. On the way out, you scan your receipt at a gate before leaving. Very different setup compared to other retailers. Overall Vibe Primark is fast fashion through and through. If you need affordable, on-trend clothing in a pinch, it delivers. But if you care about longevity or sustainability, you may find the quality lacking. Personally, I don't usually shop fast fashion because of how quickly it ends up in landfills--I prefer secondhand--but I wanted to check it out. Would I go back? Maybe if I needed a quick, budget-friendly piece. But for me, it felt a lot like items I could just order online from Amazon. Still, for El Paso shoppers who love variety at low prices, this store is going to be a hit.

There's clothes and shoes thrown all over the place on the floor. Seriously, it always looks like a tornado hit in there. The employees aren't as nice, either. This is at the Sunland Park location. Anyway... I was looking for some costume jewelry and something kind of decent to wear at the last minute. Dressing fancy isn't really a priority for me right now. I found some cute, dangly earrings by Guess for $5. I kid you not, I also bought a glittery, purplish evening gown/dress for $4. I was looking for a nice looking blouse but ended up getting the gown/dress because it was so cheap. The blouses cost more than the gown! I didn't even try it on but luckily it fit perfectly. I figured I could give it away if it didn't fit. I was really pleased with my transaction here. The employees were mostly nice and helpful. By the way, this was for a virtual event! I hadn't been to this location in about two years. The last time I went was to buy a gift for a birthday party (before Covid). Everything was fine at that time too. I'm surprised I hadn't written a review! All employees were following safety precautions. They had their masks on. Some were also wearing gloves. I spent $10 and change when it came down to it. Just for fun...here's "Fancy" by Drake. I hadn't heard the song in years. I think it still holds up in 2020. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZenXuQBgbgk If you aren't into rap, R & B and/or profanity, I wouldn't recommend listening. It's probably not suitable for work, either.

The sales floor was a bit unorganized but hey it's the weekend, the store is bound to get messy.

All alterations were made appropriately except the pants - they waist was approx. 3 inches too small. I don't know what happened. They promised to alter the pants again and we picked up the suit on Monday morning before the funeral. Overall, this is not a bad place to purchase a suit.
