I was clearly told that as long as the return was within 14 days, I could get a refund. I ended up not using the outfits and went back just 5 days later to return them, well within the time frame I was told. When I got there, I was suddenly told that they only offer store credit. That was extremely frustrating because it directly contradicts what I was told before I made the purchase. If I had been told the truth about the return policy, I would not have bought the items in the first place.

I have had probably one decent experience here and the rest have been bad. The last time I came in was after yoga so there were quite a few more women in the store than normal (usually it's just one or two people). So I am never greeted when I walk in the store or even when I'm looking around. The employees completely ignore you. Unless you are a regular... then they yell out "Hey Lisa" when they walk in but ignore everyone else. Their store is always clean and the clothes are sorted neatly. The dressing room is nice and you're able to park right in front of the store if you find a spot. The clothes are expensive but I signed up for their emails and their website has good sales! I just can't get over their customer service (or lack of). Which really upsets me. So I'm just going to keep buying off their website.

It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I made an online purchase and went to pick it up the next day. The transaction was flawless. The employee was nice and friendly. She immediately found my item in the back. I prefer picking up an item I buy online because I get it faster. They also don't charge for this. I'll only have it shipped to my house when it's free shipping. They had a wide selection of holiday items and clothes. There was so many items I wanted to buy! I just went and picked up my item. If I would've looked around, I would've bought more! Their schedule is really accommodating over the Christmas season. I believe they stay open for 24 hours. I'm not sure when they start this.

It was nice because the employee stopped her side conversation to say hello. I thought," great a good store". So I walked around for about 10 minutes and found a cute shirt that I really wanted. I walked around and looked at some more items and was ready to go. I walk up to the cash register to pay and no one was there. Okay, I'll wait. I gave it 5 minutes and looked around and to my surprise I could not find anyone. So I turned around and placed the shirt back on the rack and walked down to Kohls where I made my purchases.

Primark at Cielo Vista Mall - First Impressions…read more I hadn't stepped into Cielo Vista in ages, but curiosity got the better of me when I saw all the ads for Primark, one of the mall's newest (and biggest) stores. It's tucked upstairs in the corner with its own bright, welcoming entrance, and honestly, it feels like a cross between H&M and Old Navy. What Stood Out The store is huge with wide aisles and tons of associates ready to help. They carry everything--clothes for men, women, kids, bras, beauty products, shoes, home goods, even luggage. Prices are undeniably cheap. I snagged a pair of pants for $10 and a jacket for $20. Not the best quality, but perfect for refreshing basics or quick trends. Shopping Experience The checkout system was... interesting. You pick between regular or self-checkout, and while they charge for bags, there are free paper ones hidden at the bottom if you look closely. On the way out, you scan your receipt at a gate before leaving. Very different setup compared to other retailers. Overall Vibe Primark is fast fashion through and through. If you need affordable, on-trend clothing in a pinch, it delivers. But if you care about longevity or sustainability, you may find the quality lacking. Personally, I don't usually shop fast fashion because of how quickly it ends up in landfills--I prefer secondhand--but I wanted to check it out. Would I go back? Maybe if I needed a quick, budget-friendly piece. But for me, it felt a lot like items I could just order online from Amazon. Still, for El Paso shoppers who love variety at low prices, this store is going to be a hit.
