She then followed him around the store as if he would be shoplifting his work uniforms, obviously not making an attempt to provide good customer service since she lied about not having certain items that were available on the sales floor. He made the decision not to spend nearly $500 on uniforms in this store today because of the way he was treated by this employee of the store. His business went to another company because he didn't feel like he needed to tolerate poor treatment in order to get his uniforms. And he's absolutely right. Note to management and employees of this store-you're not the only option for uniforms. Treating customers poorly will lose you business. Today a specific employee made a decision to be rude and unhelpful to a customer looking to spend quite a bit of money, and whatever the reason for that was, this store lost a customer because of that employee's unprofessional behavior.

The quality of the clothes here are outstanding and this is one of the most upscale designer stores El Paso has at the outlets. I'm pretty obsessed with the pieces I got here tbh. Today we were looking for white coats and face protection and AJ's Uniforms was the only place close to us that had these available. Whether you're looking for scrubs, white coat or danskos, AJ's has got you covered. They also have stethoscopes and other medical clothing that you need if you work in a hospital. They don't have medical supplies, however, so you'll have to find an alternative place for your tongue depressors, ultrasound gel, etc. People were friendly and extremely helpful. Not very many parking spots by their building and it was quite busy even though we came late on a weekday before they closed. It's a little bit outside of El Paso but that's where you'll have to go if you need to get stuff that Walmart doesn't carry! Whether you're looking for ultrasound gel, tongue depressors, tape, medical equipment, BEK medical has it all. If they don't have it in stock, you can get it ordered. They are open on the weekends and I found the staff here to be helpful and friendly. Don't forget to check in because when we were here over the weekend, we got 10% off our purchase. It's a little bit hard to find, but they do show up on Google maps. Plenty of parking and they aren't very busy.
