Horrible place, associates were rude and seemed annoyed and in a rush to make their sales with no regard of the customer. Never coming back.

I could not call in or out, and I could not text or receive texts at all on my iPhone, which is why I had to resort to my hotel landline telephone when everything else failed. The only device that worked and did not overheat from the intense Texas heat was my MacBook. So at least I could still connect to WiFi and go online within my hotel room to connect to an Apple rep. Unfortunately, everything that could possibly go wrong did just that on this particular trip :( ! The Apple rep walked me through all the troubleshooting videos on the Apple website. But when those still did not resolve my iPhone failure issue, she helped to schedule a Genius Bar appointment for me at the one and only Apple Store in El Paso, located at the Cielo Vista Mall. I have to admit that it was quite a project for me to print out maps from the hotel lobby computer and printer and to get to the Cielo Vista Mall the old-fashioned way (without a functioning smartphone navigation system, and without being able to use Lyft or Uber Rideshare because my phone was not functional). But I had no choice :( ! Unless I wanted to ask the hotel front desk to allow me to use their landline to call a cab to my hotel. All I can say is thank goodness I stayed in a hotel this time, and not an Airbnb. Otherwise, I would have been totally screwed with not being able to use any landline! Fortunately, once I got to the Apple Store at the El Cielo Mall, an Apple employee named Raymond helped me right away with the Genius Bar appointment that the online Apple rep helped me book online. Both he and Manny troubleshooted the overheating fiasco that my iPhone went through, but also pointed out that some of the navigating apps might have glitches, which could have also led to my iPhone becoming non-functional (besides the intense Texas heat). They were so friendly and helpful, and they really helped me get my iPhone back to where it was before by using their diagnostic troubleshooting tools :) ! However, they advised that all I could really do when any smartphone overheats is to try to cool it down. But if all else fails, and if my smartphone reaches the point of no return in regards to trying to cool it down and recover it, I may need to send it in for repair or purchase a brand new iPhone altogether. Hopefully, this doesn't happen to me again when I'm on a trip! But I have to admit that their exceptional customer service truly made up for my horrible traveler nightmare that I hope no one would ever have to go through!

I went because I was bored and we were shopping at Cielo Vista, so I went to the Apple Store. We were instantly greeted by a very nice lady, and she recommended an Apple Vision Pro Demo, so I took advantage of it. My guide was another guy, who showed me through the Apple Vision Pro. Meanwhile, my little brother gets a HomePod Mini, and soon my mom will get an iPhone 15 Pro, and my dad will get an Apple Watch. These were the nicest people I've ever met! I will recommend!

I came in to the store due to my HDMI port being broken on an Xbox series X. This was no challenge for Angel who was the main technician who was able to take apart my console and fix the issue in less than an hour, making it look like clock work. On top of the impressive work done on the console, Angel was super personable and made my decision to come here well worth it. He carried great conversation while maintaining extraordinary focus to ensure the proper instillation occurred. I was actually given additional maintenance service at little up charge which was very much appreciated. Lastly, as a traveler just visiting, this store was very courteous of my time and the turn around time was another reason why I would recommend coming here.

I brought in a non-working PC that we had been working on, along with some extra parts I had on the side. The technician asked to look at the extra components, and I agreed. While he was handling them, he used sleight of hand to take the most valuable part--the CPU--without paying for it or acknowledging it. On top of that, he also appeared to be trying to hide the box containing the rest of my parts among his own equipment, seemingly hoping I wouldn't notice. I had to stay alert just to make sure I left with what was mine. My biggest issue is trust. If you're running a business, you cannot be taking items from customers and pretending you're not interested just to keep them. That's not just unprofessional--it's dishonest. Additionally, the pricing for simple work felt excessive. I strongly recommend others to be very cautious of your valuables if you choose to come here. (Not recommended) but as an official customer , i will warn others and be fair to the community by telling them what experience I had myself. Whats fair is fair. I Will remove all feedback as soon as issues result. All please ask for is my intel i5 CPU back. It had a lot sentimental value to me, as it was my first build. Hope this helps anybody that reads

They've only got a couple guys running that shop right now. What you have to understand about this spot in particular is that it used to be a Sprint store, prior to the merge. As such, I had originally wanted to go to this store in order to obtain the proper SIM card for my unlocked phone which was originally under Sprint service. Imagine my surprise when I also learned that a Sprint customer has the option to switch to T-Mobile's network without changing their number or having any of their login credentials change for whatever reason. Where I spent literally hours trying to acquire a SIM card at other T-Mobile stores (one of them wasn't even T-Mobile, but Metro), here....I spent minutes. MINUTES, I tell you! The line was long (thanks, COVID). However, upon entering the building, I spent maybe less than a half hour activating my new phone. Oh, and the SIM card was free of charge. I suspect the installation charges will be forwarded to my phone bill but....minor technicality. And that's it. Clean, quick, simple. Like it should be. This place is totally COVID compliant, the display room looks immaculate just as it did when they were still called Sprint, and the service was superb, despite the fact they are severely understaffed and are also operating on reduced hours. I'm giving T-Mobile on Montana 5 fully functional SIM cards illuminating their smartphones with 5G goodness...out of 5.
