It was time for me to get new glasses so I tried this place and the atmosphere here is great! I went on a Saturday and they were pretty busy so I waited probably 2 hours at max. But while you're waiting they let you browse the glasses options to see what you like. I had Jaime as my person and he was awesome! He offers you suggestions on what he thinks would look nice on you (you can tell he has good fashion sense by his choice of glasses) as well as UV protection, transition glasses, etc. He engages in nice conversation with you and tries to get you the best deals he can. I highly recommend Jaime! The workers here do not rush you to pick a pair of glasses or act like they're ready to go home despite how busy it is, so I highly recommend this place! And depending on what glasses you choose and what extras (UV, transition, anti-reflective etc.) your frames will be ready the same day 1 hour after you pay which is a plus! read more

I have always purchased my eye glasses @ Eyemart on the East side. I have always been satisfied, until now! ;( since the day I purchased my glass earlier this week, and I picked up my glasses, unfortunately, a girl by the name of Haydi ( I don't care if I'm spelling her name right or not) she dispensed my glasses. She was bothered of the fact that the lens fell out of the frame and she couldn't put it in. Manager had to take care of that issue and helped me. Unfortunately, my glasses bended because the right lens didn't fight correctly. Today (6-10-23) I walked in and that UGLY girl look super frustrated that she had to help me, she went as far as to telling me very sarcastically that I should have select a plastic frame since my RX was super thick. She seemed super bothered that she had to assist me. I sat down until they called me. Ms. Leslie help me, she explained my options, she was so nice, beautiful and understanding, that actually started crying because she made me feel important, like as I was someone special, she asked me why I was crying and I explained to her how RUDE, AND UGLY, Haydi had made me feel. Leslie was so wonderful with me, thar I actually told her that words do hurt, and that how Haydi treated me and the way she made me feel did bother me so much that I left the store crying. Granted, I'm old and I might not be pretty, but Haydi she works with the public, and she has no right treating customers the way she treated me. Oh my Lord! What a waste of time and then some! We came in for the 2 4 1 special...Nnnnaaat!! Said our "insurance " doesnt cover the special...but we could use our insurance up to $100 on only 1 pair??!! We chose a pair that costs only $69...but guess what? We would "lose" our remainder of balance of original $100.??? Really? We DIDNT have any problems 2 months ago in Jan...got the insurance to pay for the 2 4 1 special...so why not now? I'm reviewing the business... not the doctors located here. I've been here twice, last year in February and just yesterday! I got the same man, Arturo. His customer service is AWESOME. He goes over everything in detail and even though I went right before closing time, he didn't rush me through anything. My insurance only pays for frames every 2 years and because I waited a long time before I told them I lost them, I had to purchase new glasses this year.
