I asked the lady if they had a record of my purchase. She literally read me my name, date of purchase, exactly what I purchased, and exactly how much I paid them. She says she's never done a return before so she calls her manager. She says that she can't refund my purchase without me providing a receipt. Umm did you not just read every detail of my purchase? Not to mention the fact that you never even emailed my receipt to me like you were supposed to. So I finally was like "look can you just adjust the ones I bought?". Make a long story short, no she couldn't adjust them. Useless. 0/10. Will never do business with their scummy *insert expletive* again. Never. I bought 2 pairs of Oakleys which are usually about $200 a piece. Well, I walked out with 2 pairs of Oakleys and paid less than $200. Plus I picked up a cleaning kit. It came with a glass solution that you can refill at Sunglass Hut forever. This was an incredible deal. Customer service was great as the clerk went above and tried to find a pair that the store had and it was marked down. He asked me if I was interested in a different brand but you can blame the Army. When they issued you sunglasses, usually they were Oakleys. Now I have to wear sunglasses from all the time I spent in the desert. If you can, I highly encourage you to check out Sunglass Hut since the sale may end tomorrow. You can thank me later if you found a good deal.

I'd often tag along with my grandparents to Fox Plaza. My grandma liked buying cleaning products, fruits and veggies and more. Back in the 90s, I remember several vendors had Looney Tunes and Simpsons t-shirts. I remember buying a few here. Everyone and their mom wore those shirts. Oh yeah and NKOTB shirts, too! Lol. You could find pretty much anything here. Their website says there's around 300 vendors on Sundays. You'll also find toys, plants, tools and more. Aside from the flea market on Sundays, there's a large shopping center nearby. I've enjoyed coming to Candie's for years. It's a large party store with cake supplies, pinatas, party favors and lots more. There's also a Starbucks and Jack in the Box in the area.

The guy who did the actual eye exam was very kind and informative. The only weird thing is that they don't have a doctor there. It's done virtually over video. You will be in a room alone in the dark so if you have anxiety, maybe let them know and I'm sure they'll help. The lady that helped get me my glasses was very patient and gave me all of the best deals that I could afford. She gave me over 70% off my frames. I just think that at a time when it's rare to have great customer service I wanted to leave a review for these folks. Peace.

I've also been ordering back ups on Zenni but the quality isn't as good as Costco's and the kids needed the glasses asap so I was looking for same day lenses. Only places I knew of was Lenscrafters but they are expensive! Because of that comment I checked out Eyemart (which I didn't know about) and they were awesome! Took the PD and gave them to me without a charge. They take insurance and VSP, but they were running a special of 2 pairs for $39.99! I bought 4 pairs of glasses (2 are backup cause kids) and one has transitions lenses for $159.99 out the door and ready in 20 minutes! Great experience, thanks for letting me know about that option! 20 mins in and out and glasses will be available in 2 hours! I love this community!
