I was the only one in the store and the employee was on her phone the entire time. This was fine at first since I didn't need any assistance yet. I saw a sign that said they were having an additional sale on clearance items so I found a pair of cute sunglasses in the bin I was going to purchase. I waited a solid five minutes just for her to put her phone down and ring me up. She didn't honor the discount the sign referred to and gave me my sunglasses in a ZIPLOCK BAG. The whole situation seemed so strange as I left the store in utter confusion. Such weird customer service from such a fancy looking store but the sunglasses were cute.

As soon as you walk in, you will be politely greeted. Then if you try and browse some things on your own, an associate will pop out of nowhere and ask you if everything's alright and/or if they can help you find something. Wait 5 minutes and another associate will ask you the same thing. This makes for a horrible shopping experience and a quite uncomfortable one at that! I just wish the store associates would majorly back off and let me shop. I will call them if I need help. There have been so many times that I have walked out of that store due to the suffocation from the overly customer service. Balance is key to good customer service.
