I then decided to pay off one phone which would drop the payment to $123. I got my first bill and it was for $148!! I went back to the t-mobile store and he said the first bill is always higher so I said fine. My second bill just came and it's for $150!!! I went back again and asked for an explanation. The girl said that's what the government charges. I said that's fine but why was I quoted something and billed something else? She basically brushed it off like it wasn't her problem. I told her it's deceptive practices and the commercials should not say $100 if they're going to charge you 50% more. She blew it off and I said I was going to cancel and she blew it off too. Besides all that the phones have really bad reception. I have to go outside to use it. I'm definitely switching providers. If you want to avoid a headache do not go to T-Mobile!

They've only got a couple guys running that shop right now. What you have to understand about this spot in particular is that it used to be a Sprint store, prior to the merge. As such, I had originally wanted to go to this store in order to obtain the proper SIM card for my unlocked phone which was originally under Sprint service. Imagine my surprise when I also learned that a Sprint customer has the option to switch to T-Mobile's network without changing their number or having any of their login credentials change for whatever reason. Where I spent literally hours trying to acquire a SIM card at other T-Mobile stores (one of them wasn't even T-Mobile, but Metro), here....I spent minutes. MINUTES, I tell you! The line was long (thanks, COVID). However, upon entering the building, I spent maybe less than a half hour activating my new phone. Oh, and the SIM card was free of charge. I suspect the installation charges will be forwarded to my phone bill but....minor technicality. And that's it. Clean, quick, simple. Like it should be. This place is totally COVID compliant, the display room looks immaculate just as it did when they were still called Sprint, and the service was superb, despite the fact they are severely understaffed and are also operating on reduced hours. I'm giving T-Mobile on Montana 5 fully functional SIM cards illuminating their smartphones with 5G goodness...out of 5.

Dropped off my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller in January for repair. For months I got weekly (then…read morebi-weekly, then monthly) calls saying they still hadn't started on it and asking if I wanted to pick it up. I own multiple controllers and wasn't in a rush, so I left it. Calls eventually stopped. At the 6-month mark I went in. They told me they had thrown it away "because it had been so long." An employee then offered a different controller and tried to charge me $20 "for the part." When I pointed out they never worked on mine, the story changed to "we have to replace it since we threw yours out." After I asked to speak to a manager, she suddenly said she could just give it to me. I left with a basic controller. The one I dropped off came with its full case. This place lost my property, never repaired it, tried to charge me for their mistake, and returned an incomplete replacement. Extremely poorly run.

Lenny Silva was very rude and very disrespectful. She had very bad customer care. When setting up…read morethe phone she seemed very annoyed. Later we went back for a screen protector and she told us to wear our mask in which I stated "Gov Abbot" and than went and got my mask. She than escalated and we began a confrontation. She than started saying T-Mobile wouldn't cover my warranty "honey" and I said that's not true. But I didn't want to argue so we left and T-Mobile stated it wouldn't have ruined my warranty and that I would be completely okay. So she lied to me, disrespected me, and did not use her customer service skills. Be careful going to their store, because their too busy trying to get to their smoothies in the back. I felt kicked out, and lied to. Why is she working at cricket if she has a T-Mobile phone "honey". That's so rude. All I wanted was a screen. And when you try to report it, they hang up on you. So here's your first review for bad customer service and not holding your composure. That's part of your job Lenny Silva.
