An employee then offered a different controller and tried to charge me $20 "for the part." When I pointed out they never worked on mine, the story changed to "we have to replace it since we threw yours out." After I asked to speak to a manager, she suddenly said she could just give it to me. I left with a basic controller. The one I dropped off came with its full case. This place lost my property, never repaired it, tried to charge me for their mistake, and returned an incomplete replacement. Extremely poorly run.

The person that came to install stated I needed a different connection for the Gas range, and he didn't have it with him. I am not sure why if they specialize in delivery and installation. Obviously the store is new and shiny right now, so that doesn't make it a "Plus," all the "Plus" I could tell was that they had a counter with a couple of tablets you could try out, but nothing really out of the ordinary, GS has been selling tablets and other electronics for a while. I think the UTEP GameStop is bigger, more "Plus." Still, not a bad location, there are much tinier more cramped ones out there.

We went to all major retailers and a couple of used computer shops but had no luck. Roger at Edgar's was able to locate a used charger that worked for us. I wish I had been warned that forcing Windows 11 onto older, unsupported hardware can lead to serious instability in a short period of time.
