As soon as I called they answered immediately, which literally shocked me that I wasn't talking to a computer! Tristen was great, he explained the service package and the company and I didn't hesitate to make an install appointment immediately! Both Tristen and Robert showed up and installed the system, the install was perfect and both guys were very professional and courteous! No internet issues or outages and since both my husband and I work from home we are extremely satisfied with the service! Thank you Robert and Tristen! Highly recommend and when you call, let them know the Chavira's sent you!

I was told that I would…read moreget phone and internet bundle discount, also military discount, and also a 15.00 since they no longer offer max and I would pay 49.99 a month. I got my first bill and was 79.99 and I called 3 times to complain and they said they would take care of the problem and the last one was a manager and that I would get email with the correct amount within 2 hours which I never received anything. I had to call again and talk to representative who said that the bill was 79.99 and I explained everything to him and he said the promotion was not offered when I got the service, so then their representatives lied about the promotion which is not my fault. I then talked to a manager who was no help and only wanted to give a one time credit and I told him no that I was promised 49.99 and what I am going to pay and not going to pay 30.00 more. I was then transferred to loyalty department which was no help as they kept saying they were going to check what the other representatives told me, then she said there was an error message and to call back in 24 hours. I told her I already called 4 times and they still can't correct the problem. This is the worst company ever and will have to look for another company. I should have stayed with t"mobile as they keep their promises they told me. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from AT&T as they lie to you to hook you in and then they change everything and that promotions were not good when you got the service. I wish they would keep their promise and charge you what you were promised. The whole company is bad from Representative , to managers to loyalty department.

By the way, Maria doesn't have a last name, or at least she didn't want to give it to us. Biggest waste of time. Extremely bad customer service. I hope it's not indicative of all Spectrum.
