Little tidbits to make experiences better: come over and say hello when you see someone in your section, maybe offer water or to take a drink order? Ask if an appetizer is the meal, or if it should come before everyone else gets food? Check to see if the chicken wings are still sporting a lot of feathers? I know chickens have feathers, but 15 of them made my 2 wings a little less appealing. The little details matter. The food was good, plentiful and hot. We had great service once the entire family arrived.

Time was getting away from us so we headed to Farley's for dinner…read more Set up like a D&B, but on a small scale, we sat near the bar area. The menu is vast, offering typical sports bar items with a southwestern twist. I ordered to Taco salad while the kids got chicken tenders and we got onion rings for the table. The portions are generous, that's for sure! The rings were good, though heavily battered. The taco salad was descent, but I'd say it was less salad and more just taco without the tortillas. The flavor was fine. Our server was really nice though, constantly checking in on us to see if everything was good. The game area had a variety of games for the kids, but most of them were out of order, much to the kids dismay.

Extremely Disappointing Service After Manager Leaves…read more We play darts at Clicks Billiards every Tuesday. We arrive around 5:00 PM and our match starts at 6:00 PM. For the past three months, we've been consistent regulars. When we arrive, we are always greeted warmly by Maria, the manager. She is professional, attentive, and makes us feel welcome. Unfortunately, once Maria leaves and the next shift takes over, the experience completely changes -- and not for the better. The two bartenders who consistently come on after her do not check on us, do not ask if we need anything, and spend most of their time talking and laughing with each other instead of tending to customers. We tolerated this for a while because this used to be one of the calmest and best places in town to play darts. Tonight was the breaking point. As usual, Maria let us know she was leaving and asked us to close out. After the shift change, I went up to the bar to order drinks for myself, my partner, and friends who came to watch us play. I was met with a rude attitude, no greeting, and a look that clearly said "what do you want?" When I placed my order, I was asked if I had a tab open. I said no -- and then was met with silence and a blank stare, as if I needed to beg just to be served. This isn't a one-time issue. This same poor service is the reason large dart tournaments stopped being held here. In the past, tournaments brought in 60+ players ordering food and drinks all night -- but the service consistently drove people away. At this point, I will not be returning to Clicks, and I will be encouraging fellow dart players to take their leagues and tournaments elsewhere. Management or corporate seriously needs to address the staffing issues during the later shifts. With competent, customer-focused employees, this place could thrive again. Without that, it's no surprise business has declined. Very disappointed.

Our kids ordered Açaí bowls while I just had a cappuccino. We made our way to the back courtyard, which was wide open and great for two young kids to run about without bothering anyone. The interior is inviting. While I didn't take pictures of the food, it was simply because we dug right in. The presentation of the food was exquisite and the kids barely looked up from their bowls; that's a good sign! We made sure to buy some coffee beans on the way out, which we are now enjoying at home.

The kickoff sampler was filling and enough for two; the wing sauce options are reasonable! While the customer service wasn't my concern it was often distracted, highly. The staff were doing a deep clean of the restaurant, not in-service table resets but an overall deep clean mid-service with tables present. So with a lot of ladders, ceiling tiles not being present and condiments/napkin bins all over it didn't contribute well to the ambiance/experience. The security guard at the front was kind.
