We came here as we were interested in T-Mobile Home WiFi service. We were surprised to find out that there was a wait line when we arrived. While they did tell us that we would have to wait, they didn't let us know how long it could be. We ended up waiting for an hour to get someone to help. Haylee Akers was the one who helped us. She seemed new to T-Mobile, so she sometimes had to ask other more senior associates for advice, which was good. I have seen some people who don't know but pretend they know, but when there is an issue they wouldn't take the responsibility. I am glad that Haylee was very honest when she didn't know. She always asked senior associates to confirm, so we know it's true. She also spent time with us to make sure that we understand all the terms. She went through all the details with us so that we knew what to expect with the new WiFi service. She also compared the pricing to help us find a better deal. I like her, and I would definitely ask for her if I need to visit this store again. The only thing that I dislike is that they could have done a better job to coordinate appointments and walk-ins. They told me that they had 2 customers before us, but how would I know it could take more than an hour?! I understand that sometimes it's hard to predict, but when I kept asking how long I should wait, they shouldn't just tell me that I would be next soon. When they realize that it would take a much longer time with certain customers, they should advise as soon as possible so that we can plan what we want to use our time. read more

I went in to ask about using Digits ro have all my calls from multiple numbers on one phone and was told it was not possible with out purchasing a special account. I told him my on line account says it's free with what I have but again insisted it was not possible. Got home and found more help on line to get it to work. Just visited this store and worked with sales rep ****881 and would not recommend visiting this store. The interaction began by listing off policies that wasted both of our time. The lack of genuine curiosity towards my situation was apparent. Easy to see, the goal was mainly to make a sale instead of working with a 20 YEAR customer. I was advised from the online trade-in that I would receive a $100 credit for my phone(we upgraded), I was offered $13 dollars. The interaction happened on 03.21.22 at 12:04:38 from the time stamp on the receipt. It is not needed, but nearly every other interaction I have had with T-Mobile they say thank you, especially because I have been with them for 20 YEARS. I've been a T-Mobile customer for along time. This location is worst store very recently. I went in and was looking for the IPhone 11 pro. Was only there for 5 minutes, while there I spoke to a young man with a light beard but missed his name as he asked what brought me in. My first question was asking about a text I received from T-Mobile about a discount and showed him the message which he said old text completely discounting the question. I then asked about trade in for an up grade and the salesperson stated that they did not have any right now. Third and final thing that made me walk was when I asked about looking at phone cameras on back of the device which was locked in a holding fixture for protection of theft I suppose he stated you don't see it. We were tired of getting ripped off by Verizon to the tune of $300 a month, my GFs coffee club suggested T Mobile and we've been very happy since. Chris and Monica were very helpful and spent a lot of time with us setting everything up. The whole experience was very positive unlike our prior experiences with poorly trained and dishonest employees at the Verizon store on Gilman. Phone reception seems better and faster downloads for media, so yes we are both very happy. If you're over 65 they have senior discounts, gov't discounts, military discounts and AARP discounts. At $35 a month for 2 lines and unlimited broad band, we love everything except their choice of screen colors, fuchsia, really? But like cheap beer, the cost, if not the flavor grow on you. read more

I told her..and she checked and she came back and said they don;t have it in stock. I asked if they could call me when it comes into the store. She told me NO..that i would have to call in. I was pissed with her attitude..so I said OK. I called the Redmond store..and they said the same thing..the only exception was: 1. they took all my details down and told me that "they" would call. I wouldn't have to ring every day to find out if they had the phone. 2. they didn't give me an attitude problem. I really appreciated that person going that extra mile for me. Great customer service. I know TMO is trying to win back customer's, but they really need to do something about the crappy CSR they in the Issaquah store. Re-train them. When my daughter judo kicked my old phone, sending it flying though the air and crashing to the concrete, I dreaded having to get a new phone. Mainly because I wasn't too happy about sticking with Virgin Mobile. Their coverage at our house in Issaquah is...frustrating. I knew I wanted to check out T-Mobile. I appreciate their marketing. And their values seem aligned my mine (specifically, the whole "no contract" thing). Not to mention, I wanted the iPhone 6 Plus. That's something my previous carrier will offer someday. Right about the time the iPhone 9 comes out. I wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the grumpy reviews about this store. But, these really guys came through. My lady was also interested. So, we stopped by to gather a little info. Our rep answered the questions we had and presented some options we hadn't considered (for example, switching our iPads to T-Mobile, putting them on a family plan). We came back an hour later after lunch and made the switch. The staff did all the heavy lifting. They handled the porting of our cell numbers and switching of SIM cards. With everything folded into the family plan, we're paying about the same as we were before - except now we have the phones we want and a big improvement in coverage. Now, I do want to say we did this in December when the iPhone 6 Plus was on back order. Instead of waiting a week to get the phone we wanted in our hands immediately, we paid extra to have them shipped overnight. However, they did not arrive the next day. I considered making this a four-star review for that reason. But ultimately, that's a national distribution thing that's out of the hands of the local guys at the store. Our rep made sure to have the shipping fee waived and we still got our phones three business days later. read more

When I came in the store , no one came by to let me know if I should sign in or what. After about five minutes someone came by and put me on a list. I went to this store with my daughter and her dad and got them signed up with T-Mobile and I referred them to sign up! I was there with them and told the guy my name and number and that I was the referral. They said ok great we have that in our system, they didn't say anything more, pretty much thought that was all I'd have to do and maybe I'd get a credit on my account or something after a month. I assumed since they didn't say any instructions that I was good and didn't have to do anything more.. well! They were rather misleading, since they didn't inform me that you have to send a referral 24 hours prior to that person signing up! They didn't sign up til that day and it was unclear if they'd sign up or not and I was right there with them in the T-Mobile store when they got thier new service it would of been a good time for the employee to inform you that my referral was pretty much useless and void because I didn't know way ahead of time that they'd sign up. It's misleading and the employees are required to disclose this information and not let the customer find out "too bad" later on and get ripped off. I won't be referring anyone else!!! Your wait times are insane every time I've come in here....thank god I only have to do that every couple years. Your store has plenty of room for more desks, more employees....essentially more help so people are here less than an hour! I don't understand what takes so long to get someone a phone!! You either need to start taking appoint nets or give people a pager so they can leave and come back when it's their turn. On top of that, being pregnant and standing for an hour isn't what I consider fun...and one small island bench isn't nearly enough seating. PUT IN SOME CHAIRS. Seriously hate this store. read more

Not helpful at all. The guys working here are not aware of their surroundings and are quite rude. The person helping me told me that they could not access the internet when I asked to look up something since my phone had just been stolen. They were singing loudly and goofing off while I was on the phone with police to make a report. Not helpful or kind or compassionate. I use t mobile as my provider and the Seattle stores are great! I immediately drove from Issaquah where I was hiking to the Wallingford T-Mobile and they helped me out and got me a new phone. Something that the guys there in Issaquah said they couldn't do. This is the most poorly managed T-mobile kiosk one can encounter.We were made to wait for 66 minutes for a 30 second transaction. The service rep providing us a refill program that could NOT be renewed online. He required us to come to the store. The manager then made us wait without attending to us. The weirdest thing about this interaction was we were paying them money, but they were attending to customers whose cell phone needed hours of attention. While I think it is kind of them to provide this sort of service, they should have a separate booth to assist people who just want to payup and leave in 1 minute. Would like to distinguish not friendly, lazy, rude and devil-may-care attitude toward clients (I talked with Daniel and Jessica there). In addition they are don't know Tmobile products well enough to present it to clients. I visited Redmond and Bellevue location - always excellent cust. service and friendly toward clients. Worst experience. I just tried to return my cell booster after closing my account. The manager (Sy) refused to take it! I had the paperwork that said I could return it to any TMobile store! I had to call customer service from the store, wait on hold for 15 mins. The customer service agent was appalled that they refused to take it at the store and had to speak to the store rep to get them to take it! I've had good service from them in the past, but this time was a disaster. I went in on Friday for a broken Galaxy S6 phone under warranty AND insurance. They promised to order a replacement, due to arrive next business day (Monday). I called Monday afternoon and was given three different reasons why it hadn't come: 1. They couldn't find my order. 2. I don't have insurance so it will take a week (no, I DO have insurance) 3. It's on "backorder": what does that even mean? They don't have S6 phones at T-Mobile? They transferred me to the manager, who gave me a load of BS. When I challenged him on it, he was extremely condescending and threatened to hangup on me. When I protested further, he DID hangup on me. What happened to "the customer is always right, " especially when it is plain that this is T-Mobile's fault? FOLLOW UP: I spent more than an hour on the phone with T-mobile before getting real help from a supervisor, who explained that the replacement had been incorrectly sent by regular UPS and would take five business days to arrive. UPDATE: This place never fails to amaze me. My previous comments stand. So, yesterday, my new I Phone 6S decides to update itself...Fine except when it restarted it asked me for my password. I know...scary. I typed in the password that I had but it got rejected. After several tries I took to into T-Mobile. I was promptly greeted as usual by one of their "greeters". Turnover of these people must be extreme since I've never seen the same one twice. Anyway I explain what has happened and he tells me that I must have the wrong password. I asked him if there is a way to retrieve my password. " Nope, your I Phone is now worthless" " So, I should just throw my nearly new 600.00 phone in the trash?" " Yep, That's how Apple works..you could take it to the Apple Store in Bellevue Square but I don't think they will be able to do anything. I think you're just out of luck!" So...today I did take it to the Apple Store where it took a young gal maybe three minutes to restore it to life!" Yes, this really happened! MANAGEMENT: You are only as good as your worst employee! I have been with T-Mobil for over 5 years now, with the countless broken promises, over billing and cumunication errors between them and I, I am angry with myself for not changing my cell provider already! Regardless the last straw is now drawn. When I bought my Sony Z3 threw T-Mobil 2 years ago I had No idea they would stop carrying the Line of phones. To get a replacement device after having carfully reserching the on I have and paying over $ 600. For the phone I don't think that it should be unreasonable request to have choices in the replacement device I receive if I can no longer get the Sony I lime and paid top dollar for. I HAVE HAD Samsung in the past and hated every one of them. I promised myself I will never own another. T-MOBIL will only offer me a Samsung that I am also requires to pay a $175 deductible on to replace my phone. To have paid top dollar and required to pay more money for a device that I absolutely despise is the last straw T-Mobile has done nothing but promises let me through my five years loyalty to them as a customer you would think those years would be worth some flexibility negotiation and compromise They are thieves and crooks who will promise you the Moon not stand behind with the Reps promise. As with most people, I only visit the cell phone shop when I actually need to, such as when I am thinking of upgrading my plan or moving to a new cell provider. As I recently left my cell phone in a town car in Manhattan, I had to venture out to get a new cell phone. The T-Mobile store in Issaquah has a real nice staff - real relaxed, no pressure to upgrade to the latest phone with mp3/camera/espresso maker capabilities. As a matter of fact, I didn't get my phone there, but got it on-line (it's strange that the on-line store has more/different choices). However, I did not have a Sim card for the new phone, so I went into T-Mobile in Issaquah and they set me up with one, and got my service started again. I recommend this T-Mobile! read more
