Two months on the phone to cancel service then they started billing me For the free Netflix I don't even like, I like the Peace HBO Maker back on The phone again for hours and 2 more days. Poor offshore Customer support if you Get a rate increase do not talk to them! So after days of phone calls to off shore Customer Confusion they told me to go To the store close by so 1 asked for an address They said they can't answer that the same As everything I asked before OMG. You can't screenshot conversations or Get text or emails all is blocked. If you call ask for someone that you Can talk through text or emails, words Mean nothing! If they can not respond Don't talk run down and move your Phone number to pre pay this way You have power to open through them Or another carrier and your phone numbe Is still yours! I am now with better carrier Better price because I cut and ran after Talking to the t mobile

I am editing this review. My original post was meant for the other store. This store is great! Other store was bad!

To start off, today 8/30 it honestly seemed like the employee, Louis, did not want to be there or…read morewas interested in helping. His attitude made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable while I was simply trying to get assistance with my phone situation. I understand that everyone has bad days, but the level of customer service I experienced made me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience. It may be that Louis needs additional training, or perhaps a conversation about how his attitude comes across to customers. As a restaurant manager myself, I understand the importance of providing good customer service, and for me to take the time to leave a review specifically regarding someone's attitude should really say something about the experience. I hope moving forward that the team can be more knowledgeable, helpful, and customer-service oriented. We pay hundreds of dollars to be AT&T customers, so we should feel valued and respected when we come in looking for assistance.

While the experience itself was a great experience and the guy helping us was fantastic and super…read morefriendly, the issues came up after we left the store. We blindly trusted the guy at the store because he was so friendly. I went home and my phone was not ported correctly so I spent time on the phone with ATT customer service to properly port my phone- this took 30 minutes of my work time and it was quite annoying. Then, I found out the guy added Next Up to my phones when I specifically said I did not want it. I guess it was my fault for not reading my receipt when I was at the store even though I fully trusted the guy would do the right thing? Furthermore, the guy didn't tell me about a $70 activation fee until the end when every thing was done and I asked him about it when I saw it on the print out he showed me. By then it was too late and I just see it as a learning lesson. I am now having issues with trying to cancel Next Up with ATT customer service. I apparently have to wait a few weeks to cancel something I didn't opt in for in the first place? So weird. Very disappointed with my ATT experience. Please be careful and read everything and ask them about "hidden" fees because they were not up front with how much I am paying. 1 star for what I am dealing with right now. If everything was done correctly and I wasn't signed up for something I said no to, I would have given this experience a 5 star experience.

1-Star -- Apple Irvine Spectrum will f*ck you no worries…read more Make African American employee told me "You can sit and watch paint dry." Absolutely fucking ridiculous customer service. My iPhone 17 Pro Max has been having serious, persistent problems for the entire 10 months I've owned it. The phone does not reliably work. It fails to make calls, receive calls, send and receive texts reliably, maintain connectivity, access the internet properly, and even caused problems with my maps/navigation. A PHONE is supposed to fucking function as a phone. I should not have to repeatedly restart it, document "Call Failed" messages, contact AT&T over and over again, and spend countless hours troubleshooting a device that is supposed to work out of the box. I have extensive documentation of these problems and have spent months dealing with AT&T about them. This isn't some random complaint I walked into the store with. This has been an ongoing, documented problem. I went to the Irvine Spectrum Apple Store on September 29, 2026, because I needed Apple to actually address the problem. Yes, I was late to my appointment. My phone doesn't fucking work. My connectivity and maps were not functioning properly, which is part of the exact reason I was going to Apple in the first place. This was a week and a half of waiting! Instead of being treated like a customer who had a legitimate problem, I was treated like an inconvenience. I was literally told to my face that "you will never get this phone replaced." Never? That's an absolutely absurd thing to tell a customer when the device is experiencing ongoing failures and has already gone through extensive troubleshooting. The employee ultimately wiped my phone, which took approximately 55 minutes, and it still didn't fix the problem. So I lost my information, wasted even more of my time, and walked out with the exact same malfunctioning phone. And while I was sitting there waiting through this ridiculously long process, I asked if I could use one of the phones in the store. The employee's response? "You can sit and watch paint dry." Seriously? That's how you speak to a customer who has spent months dealing with a malfunctioning phone and has come into your store asking for help? The attitude was rude, dismissive, arrogant, and completely unnecessary. I'm not asking Apple employees to kiss my ass. I'm asking them to do their fucking jobs and treat customers with basic respect. I have been an Apple customer for years, and I have never been treated this way at an Apple Store. And let's be very clear: Apple products can have defects. Apple is not above manufacturing a defective device, and Apple is certainly not above having software, iCloud, cellular, or other technical issues. Telling a customer "there's no problem" doesn't magically make the problem disappear. If your troubleshooting process doesn't fix the phone, the phone is still not fucking working. I am escalating this matter to Apple corporate and preserving my documentation. I have records of my interactions with AT&T, screenshots, screen recordings, service history, and documentation of the ongoing failures. The attitude I received from this store was completely unacceptable. "Sit and watch paint dry" is not customer service. "You will never get this phone replaced" is not a resolution. And wiping someone's phone only to send them home with the same malfunctioning device is certainly not fixing the problem. Absolutely fucking ridiculous. I also told them I was going to off myself over this and they didn't seem to care! sooooo cute
