I tried to get a phone from T-Mobile by calling their 800 number. I got someone who could barely speak English so I asked for another person. The next person that came on the line their English was even worse than the first unintelligible. So I go into the store thinking I'll get better service. Wrong! The people they got working there are so damn dumb they don't know anything. The worst part of it was their promotional prices require a contract and auto pay. If you pay by check they charge more which is unfair. I tried T-Mobile before and had a bad experience even years ago I thought I would give them another try but it was just the same. So I go to Verizon. The same crappy customer service and bad deals. So I go over to Mint mobile. Same thing. Crappy customer service, contracts, they raise your price incrementally and want to set you up with auto pay. All these companies are doing the same thing. So I finally go to Consumer cellular. No contracts there. The pricing was competitive. They still want you to sign up for auto pay but at a lot less money. So far so good with consumer cellular. I recommend trying consumer cellular over T-Mobile or Verizon or Xfinity or Comcast. I've done my research. read more

I was " helped " by some lady named Maria.. I was needing assistance with purchasing a tablet for work, she brought out the only three portions to show me. As soon as she stepped out of the back office she seemed to be irritated as she kept sighing and I believe at some point she gave me a not so friendly look which made me feel very uncomfortable. When I asked to speak to to a manager or supervisor she denied having one and told me to go to a different store. How rude? T-mobile continues to exceed my expectations by having outstanding customer service! During my annual trip from NorCal to see my mom in Hillsboro, we stopped at this t-mobile store to get her set up with a cell phone on my plan. She is a senior citizen, so it was important that we find a phone that she could hold comfortably, see the text/keyboard, was compatible with hearing aids, and was affordable. We stopped in to this t-mobile location about noon and were promptly greeted by the friendly customer service rep, Alicia. After hearing our objective, Alicia showed us several different options and explained the features and benefits of each. She let us play with a few phones that made the short list before we decided on the phone that would best suit our needs. She also patiently answered all of our questions (some my mom may have asked twice). She then went the extra mile by setting up the phone with the settings we wanted, and even called the t-mobile CS for us to get the phone number changed to an Oregon area code (I was adding a line to my plan, which is based in NorCal, so the default area code wasn't local). We both left feeling excited about the schnazzy new phone, and were very appreciative of Alicia's attention to our needs and dedication to making sure every one of our needs was met before we left. If t-mobile continues to provide this level of service, I foresee being a customer for years to come. read more

I walked in, and right away asked if they carry the Samsung S4 Tab, a very popular Tablet. The guy at the counter was very confused, like he was high on drugs, or got hired yesterday. He looked at his manager, who didn't know either. I then asked about unlocking. This is where it gets good, this dumb idiot manager tells me that they keep phones locked to T-Mobile for 40 days, and that "all carriers do it". No. They don't. ATT will unlock as long as your paid in full. Verizon doesn't even lock their post pay devices. Sprint locks for 50 days, but who has sprint? They suck. I had been with t mobile the worse GMS for a while lately decided to port out of t mobile I just found out t mobile is thief not secure carrier and bad reception every where you go, I had 2 lines and I was charged 100$ and guess what I switched to Xfinity mobile and I'm paying 60 for 2 lines for unlimited plan everything they're thief and charge way too much for in secure poor service, also I paid t mobile my last bill before I switch in cpl of days and you know they charge one month head time so they owe me that 100$ because I switched right after and they never gave me back my 100$, I'm telling ya stay away from them t mobile not secure GSM it got hacked many many times by syber attacks and guess what our private info are everywhere exposed to anybody because of them, I had to block my credit line many times because of t mobile plus there are many carriers out there cheaper than them. I know I should of switched from t mobile long time ago but here we go I finally switched to Xfinity mobile and I'm happy with their excellent service. read more

Little update here, The Executive Director of Social Media contacted me. He set up for me to go to a different store ( Orenco Station)to get my phone and go from a pre-paid to post account (I had made my 12 months of paying my pre-paid acct on time). Got there and manager was straight up rude. I ended up leaving. The DAY fed-x arrived with my Sprint phone, a lovely lady by the name of Alyssa from the Executive Response called me. She had read ALL the account notes and apologised for all the rude behavior on behalf of T-Mobile. She did my conversation, overnighted my phone, put a 100 dollar credit on account to get me set up, gave me a high impact case due to line of work I'm in, set up my old phone as a second line, did not run a credit like the stores wanted(managers know your promo! And train your people!) Alyssa has stayed by my side through all these changes and has been one great Executive Response agent! I even wrote the CEO of how happy I was In the end my faith has been restored in T'Mobile. When in doubt wrote the CEO, they will hook you up with someone outstanding like Alyssa read more

My daughter and I have had T-Mobile accounts for a long time. We each have separate accounts. Every time we have gotten a new phone they have taken the new sims card out and used our old card. They kept the new sims card and told us if we ever need one it's free. Well guess what? Yesterday my daughter needed a new sims card and they made her pay $15.00 for it. To me this is theft. So if anyone gets a new phone from T-Mobile insist they give you the sims card with it. read more

Stopped by the store a few days ago because my phone battery seemed to be draining too quickly. I was greeted promptly and professionally, and received superb customer service from Austin. I'm not very tech savvy and have sometimes felt condescended to in the past (by other people in computer stores, etc.), but Austin was kind, respectful, patient with all my questions, and helped me figure out what was probably going on with my phone. (He turned out to be right!) I left feeling very well taken care of and happy to stay a loyal T-Mobile customer. read more

This is the worst store I've ever walked into. I went in to get my phone fixed and I was told to go online.....umm I'm standing here why can't you do your job Nana. And really that wasn't even the problem the problem was when she said she couldn't do something another store could do she didn't offer an explanation. And what's better is when we said we would be sure to mention her name as the one not being able to help us she let the whole store know " I don't care". Nice customer service maybe if she wasn't so busy talking to her co worker she might have been more willing to do her job. read more

Worst experience so bad with t.mobile at this store and on the phone that I now am warning others that that this isn't the same company that up until today had my undying loyalty and I couldn't say enough good things about and promoted them anytime anyone asked but a non US based cs rep who I'm sure didn't understand the issue told me she supports my decision to not pay my bill and let the virtual reality and phone go to collections because at&t and Sprint and even stupid t.mobike all offer better deals if I screw them even though I was jump eligible - so obviously don't do jump because they still demanded a down payment which jump supposedly takes care of but obviously that's a bold face lie - crappy store, crappy company who tells customers to leave- goodbye you lost someone who wanted to pay her bill and was loyal to you over rotten customer service and you'll lose a lot more if you keep making it cheaper to screw you than settle up - dumb read more

Don't bother going here. We were told that we would have service ANYWHERE ATT was as they partner with them. IN particular the John Day area of Oregon. As it turned out no service in that area. Can't change service without paying off phone so what a pain. when we left the store we had service set up at the minimum of $80 a month plus phones but when our old numbers ported the next day the service provided and the price went up significantly. by the time we caught the error we were out an additional $240. Store agreed to credit us $40 a month automatically until the $240 was paid back. In three months we have received 1 credit and that took 3 trips to the store and now they tell us we will just have to stop by once a month to get our credit. Try to contact their customer service line and you get an old manager that hasn't worked for them in 2 years yet the sign is still up.
