I had come into the store for another reason. Joseph went over the Launch promotion, explaining the value of taking advantage of this promotion of $1000 off when upgrading from my iPhone 14 to the iPhone 16 during this lunch. I skied him to sketch out the comparison of the new iPhone 16 compared to staying with my iPhone 14, since getting a phone upgrade, was not the reason I came into the store. He answered all my questions and drew out things for me to see on paper. Joesph showed me why it was advantageous to take advantage of the Launch promo. He ended up signing me up for this Launch promo for the iPhone 16. He even gave me his business card, to call him, for when I get my new phone in the mail, so that i could bring it in, to get my iPhone 14 data ported to the new iPhone 16. Then of course, he worked with me to get my original purpose for the visit handled. I wanted my LAN Line phone # transferred to my AT&T account. Joseph showed me that I could add it to my existing iPhone line, as a second phone# on the same phone. He set it up for me, and showed me how to use it. I am very happy with their service that I get, whenever I visit the AT&T Store at Bridgeport Village. The employees here seem to be much better than any of the other AT&T stores in the region that have visited.

If they can't fix your issue, they give you advanced tech support numbers with no solution in sight. I get that they can't fix every issue but they should know where to direct you to if it's beyond their knowledge. These advanced tech support numbers they provide basically send you in the same endless circle of troubleshooting. If it's an issue they are unfamiliar with, good luck. After three store visits and a grand total of 5 1/2 hours on the phone.... Here is what disappointed me the most, being thanked for 28 years of loyalty multiple times on the phone and in store and because they were stumped, I was told to take my business elsewhere and go to another service provider. They printed paperwork and told me to make another call for a pin. I was shocked to say the least. Especially because the phone I had was BRAND NEW (3 weeks old) and within the window of being replaced (my account showed I still had a week for returns/exchanges). The employees here wanted to try everything else but a new phone. I was told a new phone wouldn't solve the issue .... I think they could definitely improve on their customer service and need more training on how to treat "loyal" customers. After this entire experience, it was a hardware issue and yes a new phone would've fixed it and saved me from all the time wasted.

I arrived at the store and was the only customer present. The sales rep told me my phone was being prepped and it would "only be a few minutes." A few minutes later, I was told to leave the store and come back in about 10 minutes because the system was supposedly down. While waiting, I watched the employee put the phone that was being set up for me back into a drawer. I returned after about 13 minutes and was then told that the phone I ordered was no longer available, but they did have the "next model up" -- conveniently with an upcharge. I was also told I'd need to call customer service myself to cancel the order. This was a complete waste of time and felt extremely dishonest. The phone was clearly available when I arrived, and it's hard not to conclude this happened because mobile pickup orders don't earn commission. Very disappointing experience and not what I expect from Verizon

It was all because of the usual hassle it is to go to another carrier, buy a new phone, transfer files, blah blah blah! Well, let me just say this: Between Aaron, the mgr and his assistant mgr, Angelina, every little concern was addressed, we both got the phones we wanted and at a bargain that they really worked hard to get for us! Their location in Vancouver on 152nd avenue was easy to find with great parking and the store itself, immaculate! My husband and I DID NOT leave feeling stressed out with buyers remorse or really any concerns at all. We left knowing that everything would be taken care of re: setting up the phone (The 2 we ordered we're having to be shipped) in a couple of days. That would be their only downside - it's a small store with not a lot of room for storage. But with so much identity thievery going on, it's possible they prefer to ship the nice phones. Doesn't matter. What matters is their spot on knowledge of all phones. Their professionalism was outstanding and they were both extremely patient lol and sweet to us. By the time we left, which was about 1/2 hr after closing, we felt excited for our new phones but the coolest part was that we felt as if we made two new friends! Their prices are extremely reasonable and they're not trying to take advantage of their customers. There's no hidden charges or sneaky small print. I tell everyone I know to get their service from CC. I have never had such a consistently wonderful experience with a cell service provider. They give me hope for the way that businesses can operate, putting customer needs first. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I went to this store after purchasing a Moto g Power that would not engage Wifi calling. First a…read moreyoung man helped me make the font smaller but he could not figure out how to engage the Wifi calling. Then a female came out and took over the conversation. I guess she was training the young man. She looked up my account and proceeded to tell me I don't need WiFi calling so stop worrying about it not working. When I persisted she looked at her computer and supposedly had the young man "talk to the technician" who apparently said that the WiFi calling function was not released to Cricket yet. Again I persisted (it is in the information about that phone on the Cricket website that it supports WiFi calling), and supposedly they called Motorola who "said the WiFi is not ready yet". Again I persisted--this time she supposedly talked to a Cricket technician who told her to have me call 911 and have them add my address to their system to see if that would work. I BLEW UP!!! I am NOT going to tie up a 911 operator to do a clerical task while someone else having a heart attack cannot get through!!! It sounded like a bunch of BS to me. Approach this store with extreme caution--what lies within is not good. The store is 1855 Division in Gresham. After working with Motorola technicians, I was sent a new phone as Motorola has concluded that the problem with the WiFi calling is with the hardware of the phone.
