Good reviews here are mostly fake. I came here because I read some good reviews. But now I believe that all the good reviews are absolutely fake. Such rude and careless staff that will procrastinate and not even approach to help you if you don't tell them you are ready to buy. Their attitude will make you feel like they're doing a favor for you. We waited more than 40 minutes to get helped, we had some questions but they were not interested in answering them. They would only care and help you if you are buying something so that they can scam you. Don't come in here expecting to be pampered. The employees encounter people everyday who come in angry or upset in regards to the or phone, bill, or both, and they have to stand there and take the criticism, when in actuality, they rarely have anything to do with the problem. Do make sure to sign in when you arrive and wait patiently with the expectation that they are spending time with other customers with the same type of attention that you would want. Never in my life..have I been more stressed due to terrible service. Traded in my iPhone 6 for the iPhone 7 during their Thanksgiving promotion. I was told I needed to get the small crack on my screen fixed in order to be eligible for the deal, along with paying around $130 for taxes + fees. Totally cool..went a couple blocks down, got it fixed for under $100 and came back. I traded my phone, paid the remaining balance and made sure I had no other payments on it - I was assured my phone was all set. Two weeks later, I get a text from T-Mobile saying that I'm NOT ELIGIBLE for the promotion and that I have to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the phone. If I had known I wasn't eligible, I would not have gotten the iPhone 7 in the first place!! The associate looked up my account and assured me I was 100% qualified. My phone had already been traded in, so it's not like I could just get my old phone back. I called the store hoping to come to a solution..nothing. Figured it'd probably be easier to talk in person, so I made sure the manager would be there before making the 1.5 hour drive. I get there and....NO MANAGER. He calls me back the next day and lets me know that he can give me $200 credit towards the phone (after he tried to sell me on upgrading my plan)..which I wouldn't be paying for, had the employee not SCREWED UP. Like damn.. take some responsibility. Clearly, nobody at this store would help me...so I took it up with corporate customer service. After about 2 weeks of constant stress, they honored the promotion. Thanks for nothing. read more

Hands down the best employee ever at any cellular store I officially met the other day. His name is rafi and he changed my life literally. He restored my faith in human beings. My BlackBerry crashed and I went in hoping they could fix it. I figured the employee would not be helpful and would try to sell me another phone. Rafi spent well over an hour and a half Trying to diagnose the issue with my phone. After realizing that he had exhausted all of his efforts, I decided to finally retire my BlackBerry and purchase a new phone. Rafi took another hour of his precious time to help me pick out the perfect phone for me and my Needs. Throughout this entire process he was calm, Friendly, and informative. I ended up purchasing a Samsung Galaxy notes 9 and again he took an additional 30 minutes, to show me how to use the phone properly and all the fun perks with this phone. I have never met anybody so willing to help me with anything associated to technology. T-Mobile is very very lucky to have rafi on their team. I recommend that they allow him to travel the USA and train other t-mobile Employees how to properly work with customers. Thank you rafi for all of your help! I recently. ok yesterday, went to this store to establish new service with T mobile from a different carrier. There were only two people working in the store but service was still prompt and coutrteous. I worked with Davit to establish the two lines, I already had my phones and was in and out of the store in very little time. Highly recommend this location and T mobile. This is in regards to a guy name Dijon. I went in one day to add 2 new lines to the account. Basically, he wanted to over charge us $180 to add 2 new accounts and then raise my current bill from $140 to $180 because he was looking at a site instead of seeing that my unlimited plan is a little different. I just took my things and left and didn't want to deal with it. I come back a week later to deal with someone else, and all I hear from him was him talking shit out loud. I told the associate that he better stop or else I will leave. He didn't. I walked out and went to another T-mobile store and got 4 lines at a much better plan then I had hope. read more

I went in the store because I had an appointment set up with Dan. Unfortunately, the customer before me had taken forever and I ended up waiting 45 minutes until I got help. Several staff members had approached me while I waited but because it was an appointment I felt that I should stick to the original person who was suppose to help me. Big mistake. When it came to my turn, Dan was very unapologetic for the wait and kept going about his business. I was already upset at this point and his nonchalant casual service was pissing me off even more. He was so delirious that, twice, when I asked him questions, he didn't even hear me. I had to ask him the same question over again to get him to pay attention. To top it all off, without asking, he peeled off the clear cover of my brand new phone! I'll never forgive him for that. I'm so mad he got to take credit for my purchases. Two brand new phones... I was gonna drive here, but it's only a half mile away from my work, and that seemed like too short to drive. It is, right? I know it's LA and all, but even we have to have some standards of when taking a car makes you a fat ass, right? Plus parking is always a bitch down the Brand corridor. You can try finding parking along the street, but the spots are perpendicular to the road so you have to back out into traffic. That might be fine in Small Town USA, but this is Glendale, son. Home of shitty drivers who may or may not be paying attention to your backing-out-of-a-parking-space ass while they haul ass down Brand Boulevard. And fuck getting into an accident, especially on your lunch break. That'd be some shit, huh? I guess you could park in one of the free lots in the area that offer 90 minutes free parking, but I can never remember which ones are free and inevitably end up in one of the paid ones. Then I get all mad when I have to leave because it's not free, and I owe like $10. Can you believe that shit? TEN DOLLARS to park in some stupid lot. You'd think this was some shitty country without rights, but this is AMERICA, and we still have to pay for parking. I bet if they amended the Constitution to include free parking, everyone would be down with that. Did you know the Constitution has some stupid amendments in there? Like how soldiers can't be housed in your home? When is that ever going to happen? So replace that one with the free parking one. But you know what? Maybe no soldiers come cruising up into my house BECAUSE OF that amendment. Better keep that one and just add a new one about free parking. Better safe than sorry. There's meter parking on some of the side streets, but those freak me out because sometimes he meters don't let you pay by credit card. What kind of shit is that? Who has coins in their car? I guess I did when I used to go to fast food a lot. But that was when I was broke and still using cash so I got coins for change. Once my credit improved, I started using a credit card like a grown ass man. Isn't it funny how the only people who still use cash are really poor people or really rich people? And fobs? Man, fobs LOVE cash. I guess old habits die hard. Fuck the bank coming and taking all your shit, right? You can't be trusting no bank. Ain't that the truth. But yeah, I never have coins so I hate to park at those meters on the side streets because I run the risk of getting a ticket. Actually, I bet coin meters are a ploy to give people tickets. There's no other explanation. So yeah, I just walked there from work. Too bad it was FREEZING outside. My phone said it was 51 degrees, but that seemed like a lie. Probably because it was so windy. You know, your phone should always tell you what it FEELS like; not what the temperature is on a thermometer. Who cares if a thermometer reads 51 degrees if it feels like 39? So I was freezing my ass off walking to the T Mobile store and totally regretting it because what if I got sick? Hopefully I don't. I get to the T Mobile store around 11:45 a.m., and it was pretty empty. Just me and another customer. That was good because this location tends to be busy since it's in a shopping district. When it's busy, it's hard to find help because there's so many other people who need help. But not today! Probably because it was so cold outside. Or maybe because I got there just before the big lunch rush. Anyway, this nice gentleman came and helped me out. I was in there because today is a T Mobile Tuesday, and they're giving away free aprons! I was so happy about the apron I messed up the offer. You're not supposed to hit "redeem" on the app until you're actually at the store, but I did it at work. Whoops! I was so worried I wasn't going to be able to get my tacky little apron, but fortunately T Mobile customer service hooked me up. They reset the app so I could press "redeem" again. Good thing because the gentleman who helped me asked me to hit "redeem" in front of him. I was happy I didn't have to explain the whole fiasco. What if he thought I was some deadbeat trying to get TWO free aprons? Or maybe even more than two? Going from store to store trying to con them out of free aprons. I bet there's some people doing that. When it comes to free shit, people will do anything. While the nice gentleman went to get my apron, I checked out the new iPhone X. They actually had one in working condition just like the Apple store! That's how you know your cell phone store isn't ghetto. In all the ghetto ones, the display phones don't work because some asshole went and messed it up. Who does that anyway? Why mess it up for everyone else? So yeah, I got to play with the iPhone X and realize how shitty my current phone is. Man, that iPhone X is NICE. Too bad I can't afford it. Maybe when I get more money. It's hard having nice things like an iPhone X or a girlfriend when you don't have a lot of money. read more

This review is solely for the tall skinny dude with a cap that was working today at 3:30pm (Saturday 12/4) that switched out my old sim for a new one due to me getting a new phone which needs a newer sim for 5G capabilities. He had limited knowledge of how things work, which is ok except he acted like he knew everything. When I turned to my dad to explain why I was switching out my sim, the employee intersected with "no, you don't have 5G yet", which is not true but I didn't want to argue so I didn't say anything. Then, after taking my phone he said, "you need to close these apps, it's not good for your phone" and then proceeds to FORCE QUIT ALL OF MY APPS which any technically inclined person would know is HORRIBLE for your phone because it forces your phone to reload all apps killing battery life. When I told him that's false he said "no it's not" and continued to close my apps. Wtf? Whose phone is this my dude? Thanks for slowing my NEW phone down and shortening it's battery life. Long story short, this employee needs to up his knowledge AND respect. read more

The guy who helped me said the new phone would come in the mail and when it did, send my old phone back so theyll pay the contract termination fee's. Went back to the store, he doesnt work there anymore, nobody could help me. They looked at me like I was stupid for asking whats going on and what Im supposed to do with the old phone. I have tmobile contract for 4 lines, which im gonna change to another provider simply because of my experience at this location. This place is far from being humans, they r like robots, specially the manager. I went there with my pregnant cousin, along with her 1 yr old infant, to help her to get 4 new lines for her family. They signed our name in, Vahe (i think he was the manager) and they said there is AT least 30 mins of wait time. And since there was nowhere to seat, we asked if we can just come back in 30 mins, one of the rep said yeah, but if we call ur name and u r not here we would have to sign u back in again. We said ok. And unfortunately we came back and they had our name called. So we approached Vahe again, and asked him if it would be ok that they can help us, and that she had a kid that she needed to change and feed, plus pregnant and nowhere to seat, so it would have been hard to wait AT least 30 mins standing up for a pregnant woman with an infant in her hand. The guy, with the "I told u so" attitude, tells us that No, we cant, if u want I can put ur name in again, and u have to wait again at least 30 mins. I get it, u called our name and we werent there, but dont u see u have nowhere to seat? Dont u see she is pregnant? Dont u see the infant in her hand? Come on dude, animals have better instincts than u man. As a man, a manager; how do u tell a pregnant woman with an infant in her hand to wait 30 mins, and then when she goes to sit in the car and comes back; how do u tell her "sorry we called ur name u werent there, do u want me to put ur name again and wait 30 mins again?" U r the manager dude, and i dont think any of the customers over there would have had a problem if she had been helped ahead of them. even on the first time, u didnt have to explain much to anyone as to why a pregnant woman with an infant is being helped first.. because of this robotic, inhumane approach to customer service, i feel disgusted of being part of tmobile. It is T-Mobile's fault.. they should train their reps, MANAGERS, that when u see an elderly person with a cane; a pregnant woman, a woman with an infant, a pregnant woman with an infant, help them first!! It is not Vahe's fault. He is doing what he is trained to do.. anway, we walk right across the street to At&T, it took us 10 mins, no waiting , just because she had a kid and was pregnant they helped her first, without even flinching. Obviously, T-Mobile didnt even exist when AT&T was running the show, and seems like it is going to stay the same. read more
