I came in last month to add phone line to my account. I already had an individual plan for myself with unlimited everything which in total was about $92.00 a month. The guy told me it would be $100 a month for two lines for a family plan so I added my bfs phone to my account. I get a notification this month from my T Mobile app telling me my upcoming phone bill would be $203.00 ! I was confused & went to a different T Mobile store only to find out the guy wasn't charging me for a family plan but charging me for two individual lines and I was also being charged an additional $40.00 mid-cycle fee which he failed to disclose. I really should only be charged the $140.00 ($100 for the lines & $40 for the mid-cycle fee) not this $203.00 nonsense. I called T Mobile to have them fix the charges and after all my explaining they only lowered the bill by $30, also instead of my phone bill that should only be $100 a month is now going to be $125 AND I still have to cough up $172 and some change for this upcoming month. I'm livid. It's disappointing because the team member who helped me was so nice but what the hell. I canceled that second phone line and I'm honestly debating with going with a different carrier. I've been with T Mobile for over two years and this is just ridiculous. read more

My family and I switched over from Verizon to T-Mobile on Monday. Mel was so great to us!! We arrived at the store around 7:15/7:30 and she helped all 6 of us switch over and get our new phones. Mel went above and beyond and helped us even after their closing time. We were there till about 10pm, and they close at 9. My phone had died after many years of service. I went to the Los Felix Av store expecting the worst. To my surprise, tho the store was crowded, I received courteous and efficient service. Esteban listened carefully, was smart and funny, and maintained his composure as the store god more crowded and customers more demanding. I was having trouble with my mobile WiFi unit so I want to the T-Mobile on north brand where an employee told me that they don't know how to help me because he is not familiar with this product (which they sell at their store). PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE !!! THEY WILL SCAMM YOU!! Someone named BRIAN works at this store scammed us. We went to buy a phone and this SCAMMER told us purchasing this phone comes with free gifts. I asked multiple times if it was for sure for free and he kept repeating it was. I bought the phone and went home. I received my bill and found out they started CHARGING me $300+ FOR THE STUFF HE HAS GIVEN US TELLING US ITS FREE GIFT WITH THE PURCHASE. I went back to the store trying to return their GIFTS that I have never used/opened or wanted and was being billed more than $300 for it. They made us wait us wait 3 hours!!!! Every 20 minutes they would come talk to us for 2 min and disappear for 20 minutes. BRIAN THE SCAMMER WAS THERE, looking me in the eye and laughing with such disrespectful tone telling me I never said these were for free!!! and continues by saying why didn't you record me when I said that and keeps laughing!!!!! He kept repeating why would you believe me when I said it's for free ? And says maybe you shouldn't believe people when they tell you to take things for free!!! What a disgusting behavior from someone thats supposed to be professional. Then he goes by saying yea next time when you come here record me .. Such rude and careless staff that will procrastinate and not even approach to help you if you don't tell them you are ready to buy. Their attitude will make you feel like they're doing a favor for you. We waited more than 40 minutes to get helped, we had some questions but they were not interested in answering them. They would only care and help you if you are buying something so that they can scam you. Don't come in here expecting to be pampered. The employees encounter people everyday who come in angry or upset in regards to the or phone, bill, or both, and they have to stand there and take the criticism, when in actuality, they rarely have anything to do with the problem. Do make sure to sign in when you arrive and wait patiently with the expectation that they are spending time with other customers with the same type of attention that you would want.
