Wow! I had such a pleasant experience at T-Mobile today. Honestly, that's not something I usually expect, so this was a really nice surprise. From the moment I walked in, Aharon, Eddy, and Rafi were all amazing and provided truly outstanding customer service. Not only were they incredibly helpful and patient with me and my friend, but I also noticed how consistently kind and attentive they were with every single customer in the store. Even though the place was busy and I was there for over two hours, they never seemed rushed or annoyed. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and made sure everyone felt heard and taken care of. It's rare to see a team that works so well together while still giving each customer individual attention. This experience completely changed my perspective, and it's all thanks to Aharon, Eddy, and Rafi. They truly went above and beyond, and their professionalism and positive attitudes did not go unnoticed. Shoot out to scottie for Literally giving me one of the best experience at teenmobile or any kind of customer experience at all. He was so kind and hopeful, Was not trying to rush me he helped me with my new phone I wasn't trying to upsell me. I am legally blind so he did me the kindness and set up my phone to a bolder and bigger font so that way I could see what I was doing on my device. He even brought me out a few Options when it came to accessories so that way my phone would be protected. I was having a hard time getting my mom her first smart phone. She's 85. Billy saved the day. The battery on my 2 year old Galaxy started to expand, so I decided it was time for an upgrade. I researched several different TMobile locations to choose from, and settled on this one, as the most recent reviews were mostly positive (unlike other locations). I came by at 5:30 on a Monday, and the place was predictably packed. The second I walked in, Raffi came over, greeted me, and put my name on the list. He told me there was 1 person in front of me, and asked the reason for my visit, then pointed me to the new Galaxy's to peruse while I waited. He checked back in twice more to update me on my wait, before assigning Scotty/(Joshua) to help me. Scotty was generally one of the nicest people I've ever met, and made this whole experience noteworthy. He asked what brought me in, and I told him my phone bit the dust. He thoughtfully ran through several different scenarios: trading my phone in via insurance, buying a new device outright, or trading and then upgrading. He broke down the cost of each, and even went so far as recommending the insurance trade in, as it was the most cost effective - even though he works on commission & this was of no benefit to him! Sincerely a GOOD dude!! I ended up opting to upgrade to a new device as my phone was an older model anyway. Scotty rang me up, then patiently helped me transfer my info over to my new phone - never rushing me, even though his shift had ended at this point. He was kind, funny, considerate, and incredibly likeable. He was a true pleasure to work with! Raffi also checked back in with us several times to ensure I had everything I needed. I hated having to go for a new phone but my phone had water damage so I didn't have a choice, but I didn't feel pushed, I felt heard and was educated on what I needed and it was in my budget. I've been to the T-Mobile in La Canada, Eagle Rock Plaza, and Glendale Galleria, but I think I prefer this place the best. My latest visit, I would have to say was my least favorite because I felt the one helping us wasn't as good as the other guys in our previous visits. In general though, the employees have been very helpful in explaining things. My daughter also prefers this T-Mobile. This shop is bigger then the other places. There is free parking available in the parking structure which is a short walk away. There is also metered parking. read more

Finally today I walked into the T-Mobile store on Brand in Glendale because Customer Care over the phone had told me the problem was an issue with the SIM card (which was not). I had the SIM card finally changed by a very welcoming and professional person her name was Maria. The person that was able to actually fix this phone FINALLY and get my phone back on track working like new again was Douglas!!!! He walked me through the process of getting my account transferred from Verizon, which required time and effort. Scotty helped speed up the SIM card process which worried me because I heard it sometimes takes hours I waited til sim processed and when it didn't he restarted it. Awesome service. They do their jobs very well, and make sure that mistakes are fixed, dotting the i's, crossing the t's so that their customers are taken care of and feel supported. While I'm usually satisfied with T-Mobile, let's face it, all telecoms are really horrible and only getting worse. Today I decided to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy 4 Flip to the Galaxy 4 Fold. So far, so good. I started on the website but then decided to abandon it since it was suggested that the local store in Granada Hills might have it. So, I went to the store, and they did not have it. First, the guy there ordered me a Fold 3; I wanted the new model. Why would I buy an old model? So, he's on the phone to call whoever to fix it. I got a confirmation that the phone will be here in 2 days. The intelligent thing would be to have it shipped to the store, bring your old phone in, and transfer the data. No, that would make too much sense and be helpful for the customer. After a barrage of texts and e-mails with broken links, I discovered that the 2-day shipping is five days and gets delivered to a UPS hub. Great. I called T-Mobile to find out why this was handled that way, but I only got the ubiquitous blame game. We did everything right; it's the most popular phone (as in the most expensive, so no store has them); take it up with UPS. That agent pissed me off to such an extent I just hung up the phone; it's no use to talk to some minimum-wage employee following a script. I could go into how terrible 5G coverage is, and if it's not 5G, the switch over to 4G LTE usually requires a reboot, or it won't work. At this point whatever! read more

Everytime I came here, they were always nice and willing to help. Occasionally, there would be a line to get help but it was always well organized waiting. They make you sign up to wait in line, then you can roam around the store until they call your name. They try to help as soon as their available. The store is very clean and well kept. Hi T mobile , I came to this location in order to add another line but walked in and no workers came to help us after some time I approached a worker named Douglas in order to get some help because no one was helping me they told me to wait and I waited for over 20 minutes, now this would be ok if the store was busy but there were at least 3 workers I saw not doing anything but not helping me as a customer and I just had enough and left the store now I'm forced to go to another company and get brand new lines with them and cancel all my services with T-Mobile. Honestly, I've been to several T Mobile locations for several different issues, and they are minimally helpful. Not so with this location. Other T Mobile stores and even the help line kept asking for a 6 digit pin that I think they must've just assigned to me because I only would've chosen my birthday. Thats the only thing I would've remembered. Or they didn't let me choose my birthday? Either way, I didn't have a 6 digit pin #. Rafi IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. He was the only person who said you can give them the last 4 digits of your social. Had the call center told me I could give the last 4 of my social or the other T Mobile store told me I could tell them the last 4 of my social that would have saved me soooooooo much time and heart ache. Rafi really wanted to help. Some of the other employees really wanted to help. I GOT MY PHONE REPLACED! Other T Mobile Stores I kept begging and begging and then leaving in frustration.
