Terrible customer service at this location. The associate looked like she had disdain for us when we first walked in the store before a word came out of our mouth. She seemed completely uninterested in helping us and bothered that we were asking her questions about the different plans they offer. I only gave 2 stars because Cameron was sharing input and asking Dolce if she needed help and telling her things she could do. If he wasn't there to assist, I would've given a 1. I have had problems with my phone since I got it. I pay a pretty penny every month and use my phone for business, but thr coverage has been really bad with lots of dropped calls. Leola spent alot of time with me and gave me all my options last week. She spent so much time with me I mentioned her when I got there a few times. I gave a negative review because t mobile customer care supervisor gave the option of what I could do to try and finally rectify my situation that I've had since May, a warranty exchange, non screen cover received, and 147 dropped calls later..... Dolce calls a couple of folks and doesn't mention offers Cameron is asking about. I acknowledge that, and she text him. Cameron then ask her to call someone and she huffy and puffs like a 5 year old. I'm sorry....there are other providers and I'm not getting the best service anyway, I won't pay for attitudes either. I politely told her, no worries and I'd go somewhere else. She then began to try and call someone and the puff was enough for me. Its not like I'm looking for something free, I'm looking for something right. I do hope we understand customers aren't the problem and finding a solution should be thr end result. Not blowing because you have to work a little bit for the customer. I was ready to purchase a new phone and asked prior to moving forward if they have the phone I was interested in purchasing. Another rep came to help without needing his assistance and just started taking over the conversation. He told me about the their insurance and I said no I'm not interested so I was ready to move forward he told my rep that they didn't have my phone available so he lied to me. I left the store and called the same store if they have the phone I was interested and the guy said yes. So, I'm guessing the rep was upset that I didn't want to purchase the insurance so he told home they didn't have the phone. I spoke with the mgr and it was pointless. Don't purchase your phone here. Our sales associate Joshua was amazing. We have visited the store for 3 different occasions and he has been extremely helpful each time.

Won't cancel anything in store. This isn't customer service it's a trap to only encourage us to not jump through the hoops they create to cancel. I have to call a number and wait for someone in another country to cancel a accessory option on my month to month account when I'm staring at someone that's paid to represent T-Mobile right in front of me. It's insulting and a waste of my time. I'm going on 15 years with T-Mobile. If I find another company that chooses not to be A holes to their customers in store, then I will switch at this point. There used to be pride that goes along with the businesses one decides to associate with, as of now T-Mobile is no longer one deserving of any respect as it doesn't want to give any to its consumers. Update: after calling T-Mobile they informed me that the employees in the location are lying, they are perfectly capable of doing all functions for any account. They also said the likely reason they said they couldn't was due to the fact that any cancellation counts against the location business wise. So their numbers were more important than their customers. Never going to this location again. Don't go here, they don't give a damn about you but they love your money! read more

This place is PS i stop by to add line to my plan they force mw to choose New Jersey number then they said will will switch it to you after i agreed to them they asking for 17.50$ to switch the number from New Jersey area code to Texas this is SCAM LOCATION i paid 47.50 to just get and extra line on plan i been for over 7 years with T mobile then they switch with tottaly different number than the Texas number that I choose PS employee and PS customer service read more

Went by the store today to learn the details of the +55 offering. One of the reps (Nickie) explained everything. Went back about two hours later and moved from Verizon to T-Mobile. The process went smoothly except for having "unlock" my credit bureau to process part of the transaction. Really appreciated the customer service and attention to detail. read more

LOVE this Location! I love the employee knowing their Job. I went to here after the T-mobile disappointed me. All the employee in here will do quick. This location much wayyyyy better than the one in North Richard Hills crossing from Target ( don't go to there, please!! They are smiling but they knowing ZERO knowledge with their job). I wish I could give no stars at all, this place has the worse customer service, I went to buy 3 phones, I chose the pixel from Google, they never told me that the pixel was having trouble connecting to any wi-fi and that they get hot, so the three of them gets hot but mine was the worse, I called the company and they sent me a new one, the new one was getting hot but not as much as the old one, but I got the internet problem, so I went back to the store and there was a girl helping me, she didn't know what to do so she asked one of the guys that was there what to do, he didn't know either, he looked on the internet and found out that somebody else had the same problem, so he told me to do an upgrade that everything was gonna be ok, nothing changed, I went back the next day and there was two different guys there, I explained to one of them what was happening and he looked at me and told me " what do you want me to do, I can't do anything different than what they did yesterday", so if you don't know how to help a customer why in hell you working with people, I end up going to a different store where they did a diagnostic and told me that the phone was tested positive for wi-fi problems and they order me another one, don't go to that store, you'll regret it. read more

Made online appointment. Walked in - no recognition that I was there. 20 minutes after appt, still waiting and not a word said to me. Ridiculous. Two people working in store on a Saturday. If customer service is this poor in order to sign up for a plan with new phones, I can imagine what it must be once you actually do sign up. No thanks! Also, don't offer online appointments if you don't have the staff to accommodate. read more
