They have in person boxes or this really cool system called Virtual mail box. The lovely and knowledgeable woman working there explains it well. And you can get packages there too. I'm sorry I wasted money on a pi box cuz I'm already getting complaints of people who don't want to send me stuff. I'll be getting one here in a month or so. He tried to get me to sign up for the "forever fingerprints" at $265, but I declined, saying that if what he said was true, then I didn't need to sign up for anything extra. Well, my fingerprints got declined for "insufficient quality." I called Kelly, and the phone went to a fast busy at three different times during the day. I emailed him and a day later, I got a response to email him the denial letter. I emailed him all six pages they sent me, immediately. I didn't hear back for three days, stating that he has now retired to the Philippines (you think he didn't already know that when he took my prints?), and that the new owner is in India until 8/10 and he'll be happy to redo my prints. Um, sir, that is almost TWO months in the future ... you are a piece of work!!! What a SCAM!!
