The waiting room is small because they are so fast in processing people they hardly need chairs for people to sit. This location is appointment only as far as i know but you can call and ask. I been to this location several times and the most amount of time i spent here has been close to 20 minutes during peak time. During peak time they have two people processing fingerprints but that process is really quick. They do close for lunch for an hour from noon to one so plan accordingly.

There were three people ahead of me and I was dreading a long wait. Surprisingly, I was called back right around my appointment time and got out of there in 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and very efficient. Right down to business which I appreciated. They verified a few questions that I had submitted online prior to coming, took my fingerprints, snapped a photo, and my payment. $85 for 5 years for TSA pre-check. Use your Amex to get reimbursed for that fee. I loved the fact that this location even exists so that I didn't have to go to the airport to get this done. Definitely would recommend this location!
