Didn't have to set up an appointment, just walked in and was greeted by the associate which I believe is the owner. He listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions, explained the process and did in a timely matter. Along with a very reasonable price for parts, labor & accessories. My iPhone X charging port had been acting up for a while now. Today when I got home from work it simply would not charge. I got to the store a little over an hour before their closing time, and Guri was a big help. He not only fixed my ill-timed problem with a good attitude but he repaired it with speed that lived up to their store name.
