I just found out my mother tried to pay her phone bill with cash and as she says the bill the worker there took the cash and when my mom asked for a receipt he said the printer didn't work. And that she'd get a txt confirming payment. So she decided to wait on the txt and she never received it. So she asked again and he then brought out the receipt. They were trying to keep her cash. Don't waste your time and money at this location. I upgraded my daughter's iPhone here in July and also added a line & purchased an iPad. The associate that helped us was new so it took a lot longer to get us going, not a big deal. I bought the tempered glass protector for the phone which comes with a lifetime replacement warranty. My daughter went in today to get her screen protector replaced as she's home for the holidays from college and was told they didn't see we purchased the screen protector and they couldn't look up anything on the account for her since she wasn't an authorized user, even with my pin number or they need to see the receipt showing it was purchased. I emailed my daughter the receipt and called customer service and had her added to the account. Then they asked for a copy of my bill to show she did have insurance on the phone, I also emailed her that while still on the phone with TMobile customer service. Customer service stated the screen protector wasn't linked to my daughter's phone which was odd and they tried to get it fixed but said with the proof of receipt they could override the system and replace her screen protector . The store stated they would do it as a onetime courtesy but in the future they would not replace it. Come to find out the associate scanned the wrong screen protector at the time of purchase so it doesn't match the iPhone my daughter has, customer service stated this was an error done by the associate at the time of purchasing and they had no way of correcting it. I asked my daughter to speak with the manager Jahir who was rude, refused to listen to the information I was given by TMobile customer service support and spoke to her like she was stupid. Mind you I had customer service on speaker phone while my daughter was in the store. I spent well over $1k at this location, was patient and kind to the new associate who helped us and instead of trying to take responsibility for the store's mistake and showing kindness in return washed his hands of the issue and acted like they were doing us a favor this one time. Stick to your plan when you come in here. I decided to switch phone providers and came in to get 4 lines switched to t mobile and get new phones. I did my homework and knew what plan I could afford and how to use my work's 15% discount. Easy and clear, right? Wrong! The employees here are like sharks because they work off commission and get $ on extras like insurance and add-ons. The lady that helped me, Italia, was nice but pushy trying to get me to the most expensive plan, most expensive phones, and most expensive accessories. I said no to everything but somehow ended up leaving with insurance I did not agree to and an extra "free" line. I was told it would all get fixed after the first billing cycle. Wrong! I was on the phone often getting rid of all these dumb charges. The store couldn't do anything on the extra charges cause it was out of their hands. read more

I am only sharing this review because it's getting annoying, that this is the closest location to me and the workers have the most rudest customer service. I gave this place a couple of months with out going, but after so many months the same workers are there and it's always my luck that I get the worker named Angie all the time. Angie does not let you explain yourself and doesn't allow for you to say anything after she asks what you need help with, when she is already giving you her attitude. I try to tell her that the information she is currently giving me is not showing in my end and she replies with "well what do you want me to do" and rolls her eyes. I just have to say that if these kind of people do not like dealing with people then don't get a job in customer service. FYI I have gotten her multiple times and it's always the same thing, so that's why I'm finally leaving this review, to warn everyone. I had some of the best customer service at Tmobile on 4124 N Sierra way san Bernadino. Jesus was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help me with my phone problem. I also had Erik & Kat that continued to help me with my phone when Jesus had to leave. Any question I had regarding my account, the employee Carlos would say "i don't know" He said i had 7 insurances on my account & it went to 10. Asked on what products (since i only have 8 ppl on my line) ... GUESS HIS ANSWER .. "i don't know" I understand he's not selling me a phone so his interest is lost but my account has 8 lines, the least you can do is provide decent customer service. On May 7 at 11:00 am I visited T-Mobile loc at 10030 Sierra Av Fontana. The store traffic was light/medium. I was greeted and assisted by Michelle M. I stated I was here for an upgrade. We both went to the service counter. I asked about the $600 credit promotion on eligible upgrades. Michelle asked me which phone I was interested in and then went step by step to explain this promotion and how it will work for my account. At some point Michelle consulted with store mgr Chris for answers to some of my questions. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and readily available for all questions and data entry assistance that Michelle and/or all the other T-Mobile representatives needed in his store. I really emphasized to Michelle how important it was that every file on my phone get transferred because I'm currently using my phone as personal computer and that I currently have a litigation case pending with important files. Michelle asked me to unlock my device to check and verified all settings before initiating the transfer. Once the transfer was initiated, Michelle explained the wait process. She asked me if I wanted to sit and wait or, if I wanted to leave for food and/or beverage and come right back. The transfer process was fairly quick. By the time I returned from getting coffee everything was already done. Michelle asked me to confirm all files, photos and important legal information were transferred correctly. Once I verified all the transferred data, she deleted my old device and I watched her remove all files. During my check out process Michelle made an great effort to sell me accessories, however I declined and only opted for the 20W wall charging block. My experience was extremely pleasant and painless. All customer service at this store exceeded my expectations. Michelle was super friendly during the entire process. All representatives acted professional. Everyone was friendly and engaging with their customers. All aspects and questions from this visit were handled completely. Long ago I used to be T-Mobile customer then I moved to Sprint's family plan and now I'm back with T-Mobile because of the Sprint merger. I'm happier with T-Mobile and how they handle their lease options are easy and clear to understand. I would recommend this T-Mobile location to anyone. I want to commend the attitude and teamwork I observed in store today. 'TEAMWORK makes the DREAM work.' And she tells me I need to be on the list before they can help me. Which I completely understand, but what gets to me is, where the hell was this list when I came in?! I waited for 30 minutes!. Just go somewhere else. This place and there staff are terrible. They have no coordination or structure in how to get people moving. So I came in after the 20th then they said I can only cancel after another 5 months. Which is bs lucky for me I knew it was because I got the same chick so helped me when I bought the phones.
