The commercials sound great. $100 a month for four lines but they neglect to tell you the tax is going to cost you about $25 plus with all them other fees. once you get your bill it's never what it's supposed to be. I have to call in every month to get Bill adjustments. this doesn't make sense. they want you to be on autopay so they can just charge you all kind of extra money. my question is if you don't call in where does all this extra money go? read more

I visited this T-Mobile store to resolve a matter regarding my disconnected phone service. Unfortunately, the store manager, Angelina Rivera, was not only unhelpful but downright distasteful in how she handled the situation. From the moment I walked in, there was a clear lack of effort or concern on her part to truly understand or resolve the issue. Her tone was dismissive, and the alternatives she offered were unreliable and felt more like an attempt to brush me off rather than help. It became incredibly frustrating trying to get a straight answer or a genuine solution. There was no sense of urgency, professionalism, or even basic customer care. It was clear that resolving the problem was not a priority for her. Needless to say, I ended up going to a different T-Mobile location where, thankfully, a much more professional and patient associate took the time to listen and actually resolved the issue without any complications. May was rude and unresponsive when corrected. She spelt my last name incorrectly when looking up my account and got mad when corrected. Wrote down my phone number incorrectly four separate times and said "can you let me do this" when I corrected her when she relayed the numbers over the phone to someone else. And refused to listen completely the entire time and she did not help with my issue at all. She had an attitude and when the consultation was done she said nothing just got on the iPad and didn't even look at me. May was rude and didn't help at all. read more

The manager Chris is a liar. Three months ago I went into the store to get a new phone. With an ill-informed employee's promise I took a certain phone plan with certain changes that would fit my older cellular plan. Then the first billing cycle came and billed almost twice as much as they had promised in the store. I went once again to the store to explain the problem to which they admitted their mistake, and affirmed us it would be fixed by the following billing cycle. However once again, nothing changed. I again went into the store again to find a solution to this problem and instead of apologizing and helping, the manager Chris blamed us and accused us of lying, saying that we didn't listen the day we got the plan. This is ridiculous. How are you going to admit your mistake one month and in the following completely change what you had previously said, and instead blame others for your fault. Okay, looking at the overall review of this location, one might want to go to a different T-Mobile store; however, before you do, please read this review. I'll admit, every business has it's bad and incompetent employees, but this cannot be said about every employee. I was having issues with my phone and my text messages were not going through. Henry and Aaron (MVPs at this location) were very attentive and worked together as a team to resolve this issue. Instead of making me an offer to buy a new phone (the usual quick fix for any phone problem nowadays), they both tried to resolve my issue. They did not try to rush me out of the store, and they actually solved the issue. Like I said, sometimes you have bad experiences with employees, but Aaron and Henry were great and provided good customer service. Oh, and I did end up getting a new phone, but it was my decision to get one. read more

I had to upgrade my phone and went on line and found this store had later hours. I checked in online and drove to the store. I was greeted by Martin who let me know I was next in line. Within a few minutes he came back and helped me choose a phone. I opted for the S9 plus. He transferred all my information from my old phone to my memory card and into my new phone. Not an ideal location for quick attendance. Manager present during T-Mobile Tuesday serves customers based on arrival, regardless of how small their need is. Don't come to this store if you're expecting to pickup any free items on Tmo Tues unless you plan on waiting an unreasonable amount of time for a simple request. I did make it clear upon arrival that all I needed was the umbrella, but still had to wait while customers with more complex needs held up the Q for a 5 second transaction. The deal indicates that the umbrella is available until out of stock or until the store closed. Unsure at this point why manager was intent on slowing the disbursement of the item, unless it was as a bonus to new customers. So i walk into T-mobile this morning around 10:15am and tell the T-Mobile lady employee i want to buy a couple $10 prepaids and she responds with we have to charge you a $25 dollar activation per prepaid. After looking online and calling other T-mobile stores , i clearly found out that aside from the $10 on the prepaid T-mobile charges you only $10 for the sim card so in total it would be $20 for it all as apposed to what she stated about having to pay a $25 dollar activation which is complete bs. This store has to be the worse customer service ever. I've been with T-mobile for over 14 years and this was the worse in store experience. The representative William was so abrupt with the transaction and was focused on changing my rate plan and selling more than what I came in for. This was after I explained I already did research online and spoke to a rep on the phone. We continued the transaction with a building tension due to me asking questions (probably more that he wanted) and not getting a direct answer. When i finally asked to speak to the manager and told him I refused to work with him, I wasn't allowed to completed my statement without being interpreted. When I explained to Charles the manager that I was insulted because William said I "must be confused". William denied saying. My son told Charles, William indeed said that. Charles went ahead and disregarded my son's statement because my son admitted to not paying attention to the complete conversation. My son did say he was certain he heard the "confused" statement. Charles said at this point its a "he said, she said thing". Not only was the experience horrible, we were told whatvwe heard was incorrect. Absolutely terrible employees Where to begin. Came in the first time to hear about switching carriers. Came back a second time to switch everything over brought in trade-in phones. Process took about two hours. The employee William that was attempting to help us had no luck and blamed the system over and over again. Eventually 20 minutes after close he just sent us home and had us come in the next day. Came in the next day and had to wait another who knows hour to hour and half. data on one of the phones did not work. Called in. Still did not work. Came into the store. Stood for like half an hour while Will tried to get data to work on the phone. Still did not work. told us to wait 15min - 24 hours. Still did not work for another week. Anyways I had to make atleast 2 additional trips to the store. And on my last visit the employee who helped was just unhelpful. Good service! Traded in my old phones with Verizon, bought some new ones (LG Optimus L90 & iPhone 5C) with the ease of lower monthly payment and the satisfaction of experiencing a newer service. I initially had my doubts, but I heard more positive facts then negative about T-Mobile so I went for it. And to tell you the truth it was worth it, although the only small negativity is the quality of the new iPhone 5C. I guess the signal varies among iPhones with T-Mobile and my wife's phone was returned a couple of times. But, the good thing about this is that this company offers alternatives to improve the signal and keep their customers happy; the signal booster really helps. I can definitely recommend this place! Don't go to this store!!! Worst customer service ever!!! Went in a few weeks ago to see what deals/plans they offered with my existing account...said I couldn't get the deal I was asking for since I had to many lines on my account already. So I planned on closing my existing account and starting a new account with my fiancé in order to get the promotion. So I called T-Mobile to cancel my account and let the know what happened said they didn't want me to leave and gave me the deal that I wanted all along..went back to the store to turn in SIM cards was advised I could only be helped by the guy (William) who started the deal. Waited a long time, finally was helped and account was closed... than a few days ago my back account was charged and was advised to go back to the store.. again...only one to help would be William.. waited over a hour to be helped..William had already assisted 3 customers..there was other reps available and finally asked for the manager to be told to either call my bank or wait 2 weeks to be refunded...point is no one should be told to have to wait to be helped by original rep and have to wait for a long period of time.
