The commercials sound great. $100 a month for four lines but they neglect to tell you the tax is going to cost you about $25 plus with all them other fees. once you get your bill it's never what it's supposed to be. I have to call in every month to get Bill adjustments. this doesn't make sense. they want you to be on autopay so they can just charge you all kind of extra money. my question is if you don't call in where does all this extra money go? read more

Switch from AT&T to T-Mobile, pick up was quick , I had trouble porting number over and Jaime G took the time to help port it over and waited patiently over 30mins to set both my parents Apple devices up. Thank you Jaime G! read more

Great customer service ask for Jaime. He will get you in and out that I was in a rush and took care of me

Do your absolute best to avoid this T-Mobile store! They had informed me that I could receive a free line, but never explained that I could not cancel a line within six months. I asked the salesman if I cancel lines would it reverse the promotion to which he said no, as long as I have 2 lines active then it's ok. Came back to this poorly operated establishment and all they could do is shrug their shoulders as if it were my fault that they did not completely inform me about the promotion. read more

I typically don't leave reviews, but the experience at this location was disappointing enough to warrant one. I visited this T-Mobile store to resolve a matter regarding my disconnected phone service. Unfortunately, the store manager, Angelina Rivera, was not only unhelpful but downright distasteful in how she handled the situation. From the moment I walked in, there was a clear lack of effort or concern on her part to truly understand or resolve the issue. Her tone was dismissive, and the alternatives she offered were unreliable and felt more like an attempt to brush me off rather than help. It became incredibly frustrating trying to get a straight answer or a genuine solution. There was no sense of urgency, professionalism, or even basic customer care. It was clear that resolving the problem was not a priority for her. Needless to say, I ended up going to a different T-Mobile location where, thankfully, a much more professional and patient associate took the time to listen and actually resolved the issue without any complications. Save yourself the headache--skip this location and go somewhere else where your concerns will actually be heard and handled with care read more

May was rude and unresponsive when corrected. She spelt my last name incorrectly when looking up my account and got mad when corrected. Wrote down my phone number incorrectly four separate times and said "can you let me do this" when I corrected her when she relayed the numbers over the phone to someone else. And refused to listen completely the entire time and she did not help with my issue at all. She had an attitude and when the consultation was done she said nothing just got on the iPad and didn't even look at me. May was rude and didn't help at all. read more

I'm taking time out of my day because I want to mention one employee in specific. Her name is Jojo every time I call the store. She is the one to answer the phone with excellent customer service. I have been helped out by her in person multiple times with above excellent costomer service. She always has great attitude, is always smiling, and very easy to talk to. I drive out of my way just for this location knowing I will get great service. 5 out of 5 stars. read more

The manager Chris is a liar. Three months ago I went into the store to get a new phone. With an ill-informed employee's promise I took a certain phone plan with certain changes that would fit my older cellular plan. Then the first billing cycle came and billed almost twice as much as they had promised in the store. I went once again to the store to explain the problem to which they admitted their mistake, and affirmed us it would be fixed by the following billing cycle. However once again, nothing changed. I again went into the store again to find a solution to this problem and instead of apologizing and helping, the manager Chris blamed us and accused us of lying, saying that we didn't listen the day we got the plan. This is ridiculous. How are you going to admit your mistake one month and in the following completely change what you had previously said, and instead blame others for your fault. This problem is currently costing us roughly around 1,000 dollars. Horrible customer service. Horrible job being done by the manager. read more

Rebecca needs to be retrained and who ever she has advising her needs to be retrained as well. This "corporate store" has the WORST service EVERY dam TIME. Okay, looking at the overall review of this location, one might want to go to a different T-Mobile store; however, before you do, please read this review. I'll admit, every business has it's bad and incompetent employees, but this cannot be said about every employee. I was having issues with my phone and my text messages were not going through. Henry and Aaron (MVPs at this location) were very attentive and worked together as a team to resolve this issue. Instead of making me an offer to buy a new phone (the usual quick fix for any phone problem nowadays), they both tried to resolve my issue. They did not try to rush me out of the store, and they actually solved the issue. Like I said, sometimes you have bad experiences with employees, but Aaron and Henry were great and provided good customer service. Oh, and I did end up getting a new phone, but it was my decision to get one. read more

I love this T-Mobile. Always more than enough staff willing to help you! This last visit, I just came in to pay a bill and grab some AirPods, and the gentlemen I was dealing with was so helpful and so kind to my little one. Another staff member I didn't get names, unfortunately. But turned on coco melon for my little so she could sit and watch it. (She was running around) as kids do. So I thought that was so nice of him! So thank you T-Mobile team for going that extra inch for your customers! read more

This store is amazing!! The staff is extremely friendly and helped me as soon as I walked into the store. Came to get a gift for my husband as our anniversary is coming up. Jorge told me about the raffle, I gave it a try, and turns out I get to go home with a prize for myself!! (Keep in mind I never win raffles) Best day of my life and so glad I came to this store. OSAR the store manager is most horrible example of what a team leader should be. The guy had an attitude over the phone when I called in advance to confirm my phone was there. Upon my arrival was greeted with horrible service, attitude, and eye rolls. Oscar was condescending, rude, cocky, unprofessional. Further more Oscar needs a class in public relations. Will never return to this store again. read more

Then he started talking to his coworkers about beer total disrespect for me the customer I decided to return the phone well I found out it was a $50 restocking charge Verizon only charge $35 so unhappy with T-Mobile never to return Went to your store 2670 1301 Rosecrans Boulevard The sales people were very unhelpful. I had to upgrade my phone and went on line and found this store had later hours. I checked in online and drove to the store. I was greeted by Martin who let me know I was next in line. Within a few minutes he came back and helped me choose a phone. I opted for the S9 plus. He transferred all my information from my old phone to my memory card and into my new phone. He made sure to go over the phone with me and showed me all the new features. I will definitely make this my store and hope to shop with him again! Awesome customer service!!! read more

T-Mobile - Mobile Phones Near Me - Fontana, California

Horrible service, everyone there is just on the clock not trying to help and they don't help at all if you need help with a payment or transaction wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here or to resolve a problem honestly there are way better t-mobile stores you can go to. read more

Not an ideal location for quick attendance. Manager present during T-Mobile Tuesday serves customers based on arrival, regardless of how small their need is. Don't come to this store if you're expecting to pickup any free items on Tmo Tues unless you plan on waiting an unreasonable amount of time for a simple request. I did make it clear upon arrival that all I needed was the umbrella, but still had to wait while customers with more complex needs held up the Q for a 5 second transaction. The deal indicates that the umbrella is available until out of stock or until the store closed. Unsure at this point why manager was intent on slowing the disbursement of the item, unless it was as a bonus to new customers. Regardless, 1st visit and 1st impression of this store was poor. 1 star because she wished me a good day on my way out; 0 if I could regardless of that farewell. Sigh ... read more

Yesterday I was at this store to buy a phone. And a staff member by the name of Ashley helped me with my purchased. I can highly recommend this store and of course ask for Ashley she will assist you 100% with your needs!!! read more

So i walk into T-mobile this morning around 10:15am and tell the T-Mobile lady employee i want to buy a couple $10 prepaids and she responds with we have to charge you a $25 dollar activation per prepaid. After looking online and calling other T-mobile stores , i clearly found out that aside from the $10 on the prepaid T-mobile charges you only $10 for the sim card so in total it would be $20 for it all as apposed to what she stated about having to pay a $25 dollar activation which is complete bs. She shouldn't have lied to me and done her job right. T-mobile get rid of employees like this. read more

This store has to be the worse customer service ever. I've been with T-mobile for over 14 years and this was the worse in store experience. The representative William was so abrupt with the transaction and was focused on changing my rate plan and selling more than what I came in for. This was after I explained I already did research online and spoke to a rep on the phone. We continued the transaction with a building tension due to me asking questions (probably more that he wanted) and not getting a direct answer. When i finally asked to speak to the manager and told him I refused to work with him, I wasn't allowed to completed my statement without being interpreted. When I explained to Charles the manager that I was insulted because William said I "must be confused". William denied saying. My son told Charles, William indeed said that. Charles went ahead and disregarded my son's statement because my son admitted to not paying attention to the complete conversation. My son did say he was certain he heard the "confused" statement. Charles said at this point its a "he said, she said thing". Not only was the experience horrible, we were told whatvwe heard was incorrect. Charles choose to support his employee even though he is for "sh!t". That'll be the last time I walk into that store. read more

Worst customer service ever from the "manager" himself(Charles), I have never in my life have been so offended to get help on an account that I pay for monthly, he was so quick to brush me off just because I did not want to add any upgrades when I proceeded to explain to him that i just needed to pick up my warranty phone he went off to say I can't accept it because there is a scratch it is a defect. So you made me waste 1 hour of my time when you could of said this from the beginning and T-mobile knew of this scratch when I called and said there was no problem, Called corporate getting replacement sent to home no thanks to Charles and filling a complaint apparently after reading all these reviews I'm not the only one who has experienced this with him. T-Mobile you need a new manager as soon as possible at this store! read more

Good service! Traded in my old phones with Verizon, bought some new ones (LG Optimus L90 & iPhone 5C) with the ease of lower monthly payment and the satisfaction of experiencing a newer service. I initially had my doubts, but I heard more positive facts then negative about T-Mobile so I went for it. And to tell you the truth it was worth it, although the only small negativity is the quality of the new iPhone 5C. I guess the signal varies among iPhones with T-Mobile and my wife's phone was returned a couple of times. But, the good thing about this is that this company offers alternatives to improve the signal and keep their customers happy; the signal booster really helps. I can definitely recommend this place! If you want some excellent Customer Service, go see Erik! He'll give you some great wirewell advice and can guide you to a better phone within your pocket reach. read more

I wish that a negative star would be available my experience in that store has made me so upset the customer service I received was the worst ever I don't believe they would not allow me to charge the phone I was turning in the employee said he was concerned about the virus but he was not wearing gloves or mask and I was and on top of that he was rude he has no business in a customer service environment read more

Absolutely terrible employees Where to begin. Came in the first time to hear about switching carriers. Came back a second time to switch everything over brought in trade-in phones. Process took about two hours. The employee William that was attempting to help us had no luck and blamed the system over and over again. Eventually 20 minutes after close he just sent us home and had us come in the next day. Came in the next day and had to wait another who knows hour to hour and half. data on one of the phones did not work. Called in. Still did not work. Came into the store. Stood for like half an hour while Will tried to get data to work on the phone. Still did not work. told us to wait 15min - 24 hours. Still did not work for another week. Anyways I had to make atleast 2 additional trips to the store. And on my last visit the employee who helped was just unhelpful. During one of my visits saw an employee screaming at a customer who had to be the one to stay calm and ask the employee to calm down. read more

Poor customer service they were quick to help but not very quick to do much help the guy seemed to be too much in a hurry to actually really talk and listen he was just trying to get me in and out didn't really and let me look really didn't explain much to me so this'll be the last time I come to this store read more
