I called today at 3:38 PM and spoke with Jaime, who confirmed they had several Silver iPhone 17 Pros in stock. Despite me offering to put one on hold, he told me "not to worry" because they had plenty. After a 40-minute drive, I was met with a very unprofessional experience. While looking up our info, Jaime made a point to ask about the pronunciation of my fiancée's last name, offering a "guess" that was a blatant racist remark--comparing her name to "horchata" when the name doesn't even start with those letters. He then spent 15 minutes aggressively pushing internet and phone plans, only to eventually "help" us by showing us how to use the app--where the phone was listed as sold out. To make it worse, he giggled and claimed he must have sold the last one 15 minutes ago, then mumbled that "nobody has bought a phone today." Let me start by saying I'm a Stay at home mom with 2 toddlers. I called to file a replacement request with my insurance they asked if I wanted to jump into a new phone. I said yes they advised me to go into my local store (instead of checking inventory) I get to my local store, unload the 25lb stroller and my 2 toddlers, I set their tvs up so that they allow me the ability to talk) .. this is an entire process to go into a store on my own. I finally get everyone situated and I'm greeted by an employee who looks like she just bit into a sour lemon. fine, I ignore it and share with her my gripe about the phone I have. she pulls up my info and tells me I'm eligible which I already knew. She then tells me I need to come a claim on my phone which I did, and that I am unable to proceed with my upgrade bc of a computer issue. after that she completely checked out, didn't care to help me, didn't care to answer any more questions. she walked over to the door so I could leave. I literally felt like an inconvenience. I then called to see if someone else could help me over the phone and the idiot I spoke to on the phone started out strong, but then went sour real fast. He wanted to share with me why I was wrong in why I shouldn't be able to get my new phone without delay. I then asked for the mgr bc its apparent this store is in need of customer service training. I was unable to reach them and called back another day, he again was unavailable. i left my name and number and have yet to be called. I will not return. read more

For being in the customer service industry. This place does not understand its role in it. Starting with the manager. It reminded me of why I left the competitor At&_. I was with them for 20 years but left because of their terrible customer service. Well this store may as well be the competition. Not sure how they can carry the T-mobile brand still. They made a mistake and I went back to ask them to fix it. The manager refused to speak to me and would only address the concern through his rep while standing in front of me, completely ignoring me. Keep in mind, that it was their mistake, which they refused to address, admit or fix. I had to take it up with corporate, where I filed a formal complaint and received the required assistance. They were able to find the issue and apologized for the store. The issue should have never gotten this far. It could have simply been addressed and worked out if we could have gone about it as grown ups rather than petulant children where we ignore the affected party after causing them monetary damage. Maybe coaching? Maybe training? Maybe caring? Maybe figuring out what working in the customer service industry means? Probably the worst part is that the manager's attitude will now become the employe's culture at this store. read more

I came im here with my wife to simply change my screen protector when my wife bought me the phone she also bought the unlimited screen protectors and i do want to point out that this is NOT the store we bought the phone at but nonetheless we walked in there and no one greeted us we had to walk up them and ask for help and when we told her that we juss needed a screen protector and she puts in my number and apparently couldn't "find" my account. She tried telling us that even though we had purchased the warranty for screen protector they are not able to replace it as We did not have the old one on there! First off you pay for a warranty to have it replaced 1xbox a month we have had this phone for almost a year and only replaced it 1 other time!!!! when I called T mobile Corp. I wanted to take a moment to write a review for a kind gentleman named Luis who works at T-Mobile at Sierra Lakes. He is wonderful. Sometimes, as we know going to a cell phone store is anything but pleasurable. Sometimes, sales people can be pushy, rude and simply be interested in talking you into things you would not do otherwise. I am so pleased to report that Luis is the epitome of a wonderful customer service individual. He's kind, courteous and genuinely concerned with the client. It was clear he was not trying to push a product. In fact, I had no idea that these individuals were commission based relative to how great I was treated by Luis! He is outstanding and he wants his clients to be happy. He also is interested in getting the customer the absolute best deal possible. I would recommend anyone wanting to visit a T-Mobile in this area to visit Luis. I also wanted to add that he is great with senior citizens. My dad who is almost 70 came in with me and I plan on going back to Luis to sign him up for T-Mobile. Luis is a great communicator. My dad is not an easy sell by any means! However, for the first time he is far more willing to upgrade his technology because Luis was so awesome and can help us out! I have read some of these other reviews and I empathize. I have gone into this store before and was less than impressed with staff and service. The culture is a little young. However, I am now willing to go to this location simply to see Luis. Sometimes, I've found with these types of agencies that management and service could be very lacking. Wow!! There must have been a miscommunication! That's what I was told by the T-Mobile agent who we will just call Mr. J. I went into T-Mobile on July 12 and thought I pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy Fold 6. Mr. J said he could order the Fold 6 and I could pick it up on the 24th which I knew was the release date for the Fold 6. I sent Mr. J a couple text messages confirming the pre-order and he called me back and said he would have the phone ready for me on the 24th. Well, on the 24th I received a call and was advised that the phone did not come in. I told Mr. J I was waiting for that phone and was expecting it for my upcoming vacation. He said he would try to locate it, which he did, and that they had it at the Rialto T-Mobile store. I went to Rialto store and was told by their manager that they did have the Fold 6 but it was half the memory that I requested. I was also advised that I would not get the phone I requested which was 512 GB for a while and that the promotion had ended the day before, which I knew. Now I can understand the phone not coming in but what really bothered me was when Mr. J stated that he never pre-ordered it for me. It was a misunderstanding on my part. I advised Mr. J I had the text messages stating that the phone was pre-ordered and he was confirming it. He still denied it and said that he never pre-ordered it. He further stated that if I had pre-ordered it, he would've requested a credit card or some form of deposit. On 12 July, I did upgrade one iPhone 13 max pro to the 15 max pro and thought everything was done on that transaction. That is not good. Customer service. I went to this location twice, this past time I had the worst experience. I had Luis, he was very rude from the beginning and wouldn't even let me talk from the get go. In order to help me, he had to call the service line which he complained about and was very unprofessional, he even told the customer service representative on the line "I've been working here 10 years which is why I'm bald now, this job made me lose my hair." I've been working in customer service for about 9 years and I would never act the way he did. This situation reminded me why I left T-Mobile to begin with. And seeing all the past/recent reviews regarding this same employee I'm surprised management wouldn't step in and control the situation. read more

I went in on two separate occasions and Adrian was there to help the first time . Very patient and helpful. My second visit I was helped by Denise and Felipe Who are the two that finalized my needs. They worked Great as a team to try and give me the most outstanding customer service I've had in a while ,aswell as Adrian , VERY patient since I had many questions. TL;DR: Go to the T-Mobile store on Summit Ave. Way better service. What a convenient location. Tons of parking spaces around. Also there are some great restaurants around the location so in case you leave the store feeling disrespected you could get Asian fusion cuisine, home-style American, frozen yogurt or pub style food! There's a security guard at this location that stares out into space for hours on end. He doesn't open the door or anything, just stands about with a gun so I guess he's doing his job. MY particular interaction was with the employee "Steve", a prematurely balding small young man with the worst "customer service" attitude I've seen this side of the I-10. I needed to activate a sim card on my partner's phone line. There were notes on the account that T-mobile reps could see that had already been arranged to make it go activation in store. Steve read the notes, and then proceeded to tell me that he would lose his job if he activated a new sim card and new telephone number on this line. WHAT? That's what the notes on the account are granting you permission to do, Steve. He then pointed out an outstanding balance but I was still confused as to why he didn't just move on and activate. Other people activate without paying off their bill. Here's the part where Steve and I begin to irritate each other. I say "Can you call the account holder and explain to him what you told me". He says "No there's nothing I can do". I say "I understand, but can you call the account holder and tell him that? I can't because my sim card is literally in your hand inactive". He says no and re-explains the reason why he will get fired for activating. I say in a calm non-threatening, non-intimidating tone WITH A CURTSY (not clapping out syllables, not shouting, not chicken-necking) if he could call the account owner. He gives me this look as if I just ate his soul because now he has to pick up a landline and call the account owner. Steve talks to my partner, the account owner, and tells him the same thing he told me "Can't activate new lines. You have a balance". The most helpful thing Steve did for me this evening was give me the wifi passcode so I could communicate with my partner on activating the line. Tell me why T-Mobile reps on the phone were able to activate my line and not Steve? This location is garbage in the customer service department and the security guard pretending to be menacing is a waste of space. Go to Summit, they actually care over there. read more
