We recently went into this store because my phone has been giving me problems with audio/calls/videos and recording , I always have my phone in a case and with temper glass screen protector , anyways the gentleman who helped us Wednesday looked at my phone and agreed that my phone was not working properly and had no scratches or cracks , and ordered me the phone that will be covered by my warranty . So cool , come Thursday my phone arrives . My boyfriend picks up the phone since it's under his account , and a worker by the name Caleb helped him , Caleb got my phone and dropped it with out the case picked it and said " oh there's a scratch" my boyfriend pointed out well u just dropped it ! I've been in n out this store 5 times and nothing has been solved we talked to two managers (Oscar and Gustavo ) Gustavo is the only one who actually tried to see why my phone wasn't working . Every other employee needs to be retrained on customer service and how to talk to customers in person and on the phone cuz even when they answered phone calls they were already annoyed ! I can say so many more negative comments and dumb things that were said but honestly this post is long enough, needless to say, I will never go back to this location again . read more

I travel a lot so it's hard to find a store that has good customer service! By far this has been the best store with customer service! Pedro has always helped me and goes above and beyond! I never feel rushed when he assist me on choosing the right phone! He goes out of his way and shows you how to operate the phone or device! He also helps my mother who is Spanish speaking which is a great asset to have! Go Pedro!!! read more

Wish i would of seen the reviews before coming to this store.But i definitely agree worst customer service ever. Long story short i came in to switch from at&t to t-mobile we walked in got greeted waited over 30 min til finally WILLIAM started to help us gave us some what of a quick break down on the prices what not we finally decided to switch. Not once did he say we were gonna deal with the whole switching and unlocking phones ourself and waiting over two days with no phone. He said everything was gonna be quick (lies).another issue that really up sets me is that i got a new phone an iphone 8 plus soo due to me getting a new phone he said not once, not twice, but over three times that the phone came with a case and screen protector. I continued to ask if it comes with it there will not be monthly charge he said no! typical person hears free and you say F it ill take it who wouldn't! And BAMM here comes my statement and what do you know there is a charge for $49.99 for a basic case that does not protect it at alllll and a 39.99 for screen protect. Who in there right mind buys these items for that price? cause i sure don't! i did call the MANAGER OSCAR and told him what happened he obviously tried to help, i did return the case but i mention i cracked the screen protector and he said (trying to make the situation better) it has a LIFETIME WARRANTY but you have to pay $5 dollar shipping.(???) wtf i can and i did go on EBAY and got me both items for 12 dollars!!! 3 dollar glass screen protector and a $8 dollar otterbox with FREE shipping! lol anywho ERIC helped me do the return and explained everything to me how it should be thank you eric. All i ask for the future is to be more truthful to your customers i understand that that's how you make your money but not trying to f**k people over that's not ok. Amazing costumer service, I don't think anyone would be disappointed with any of the guys working here they are all great but I have to recommend William "will" he took the time to tend to my issues from my previous cell company. Literally spent hours to get my family and I settled with them and break everything down for me so that I understood it completely. I now will be paying way less for unlimited data , talk and text, have some pretty nice phones and accessories as well. Happy costumer. read more

I walked in around 8pm and no one approached me to help. I was just standing there then finally someone with a clip board walks over (Jackie) and says what do you need. I let her know that I wanted to return my phone in for one with more memory. She asked how long it had been and I told her 14-15 days I am not too sure and I asked her if she can check the purchase date and she very rudely said hold on!! Then I asked her if it has been more than 14 days what were my options and she said wait 30 days use one of your jump plans and loose everything you paid for this phone. So she takes my name and disappears and then she sent (Liz) to help she came just yelled out my name didn't say hello or greet me, nothing she just said I'll take you here. First thing she says is do you have your receipt. I had my T-Mobile bag but no receipt. Then she said that they have no current purchases or transactions in the system and to go to where I got the phone because she didn't have it. Since I walked in they were both rude and not willing to help me at all!! Very unprofessional they have the worst customer service ever. read more

Worst service I have ever received I went in to do an upgrade since I have jump the first time I went they said I would pay nothing down then after when I actually went to get the new I phone they said I had to pay $700!! Down payment they denied ever saying it would be nothing down they were rude even the manager is rude! read more

Well I don't write many reviews.. I think I have wrote 2 since my account was started, but seeing as the little service I got was terrible service it deserves one. I came to this store because I'm looking to start new service and leave my current provider. At first I saw all the employees with customers and thought ok ill walk around, what I didn't notice is the 2 employees just sitting in the back doing nothing. After I waited for about 30 mins one employee finish up with his customer and I thought " finally I get some service" nope... Apparently there was sign up sheet that I was not told about and as a new customer I would have never known about. So a guy that came in after gets helped ... Even after I informed them that I had been there longer but I didn't know about the sheet. I'm pretty reasonable so I thought " ok I don't want to get this guy In trouble so I'll just assume their manager makes them stick to the sheet" so I keep waking around and I asked one of the 2 guys doing nothing about the a pricing sheet, he then points to some thing and says " ya there..." He was point to the insurance information for the phones.... At this point I just walked out... No company that lets their employees get away with treating a customer like that should get anyone's money .. I'll keep paying my higher rates for good customer service thank you... read more

Poor customer service, the sales associates requires you to get insurance and expensive data plans to get commission, as per instructions of the the manager . Mayra, has a bad ugly attitude towards customer , she does not know how to solve issues, and instructs sales associate to lie to customer to avoid helping you with problems or issues. I called 4 times came to the store 3x times as per they instructions , and I was told different stories everytime and all I want was to get my contact numbers on the phone I traded. They are bunch of liars and avoid this store if you can. Go to the ontario mills store inside the mall or outside store, the manager and sales associates was more professional and nicer. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service I stood there trying to pay my phone and after half an hour someone finally came to me and said no there's to many people pay it from your phone. It was rude I've never experienced this kind of customer service . its not the first time it has happened. read more

Have gone to this T-Mobile location for many years and always get great customer service. The sales guys are all a little on the cocky side, but I think all sales people are that way. The service is still good. They always work quickly and I'm never waiting very long for anything. The only thing I really don't like about this store is that they often have to call T-Mobile customer care to get account information for me which I find odd; would think they'd have all the info needed right there at their computers, but they don't. read more

Yesterday I changed my phone service to T Mobile at the kiosk near the food court in the Town Gate Mall in Moreno Valley. What a great experience that was! Jessica and her manager had to work through a tough transition of service and the purchase of a new phone for me. I had service with AT&T for years and my number and phone were assigned to my company. Since I resigned, I needed to get my own service and phone but keep my cell number. They explained all the options that would work and fit my new lifestyle. They never pushed on me to do huge plans that I didn't need. I was so impressed with their helpful attitude, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile with me. After checking out the phones that were available and the plans that would me my new lifestyle, I left with a great phone at a great price and the service that I needed. I've never, ever, had this kind of experience with cell phone providers. I'm so happy I found this company and their staff. read more
