Today I went into T-mobile to have a screen protector put on my phone. I was told by Andrea that ain't happen today in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I called T-mobile and complain and they decided with Andrea, even when threatening to leave as a t-mobile customer. Apparently T-mobile doesn't care that their employees drive customers away. So cricket put my screen protector on and now I'm canceling my T-Mobile account. they have Andrea to thank for that! Would leave 0 stars if I could. We've been on the "sprint legacy" plan since T-Mobile bought out Sprint and wanted to see why our bill was going to be staying at $250 for two phones when our Amazon Prime included with the sprint plan was discontinued at the beginning of April..upon entering this location, the three workers all jumped like they just got caught doing something bad, turned off their extremely loud and inappropriate music, and tried playing off the weed they'd just been smoking like they were cleaning....since when was smoking inside the workplace acceptable? The "supervisor" knew this review was coming and instead of helping us, got defensive and unprofessional. We decided to switch to Verizon and your employee was too high to even write down our account number and transfer pin. Yikes! read more

We purchased a new Tmobile plan online with two new phone lines. When we received our phones and had to go into the store to activate them and port our numbers over we had multiple issues. Tmobile staff at the Fernley, NV location were unhelpful, lacked customer service skills, were more interested in talking about land they wanted to purchase than serving customers and provided information that was inaccurate multiple times. After the fourth time of my husband and I going in to try to resolve the many issues they couldn't seem to figure out or overlooked, we were so fed up we cancelled our brand new account, requested a full refund on the phones we purchased AND kept our verizon wireless account even though it has a much higher monthly premium. The staff here are in dire need of training in an array of areas. read more

I do recommend t mobile if comparing it to Verizon. I don't have any experience with other networks. I find the sales people knowable and helpful. I have not caught them in any lies or omissions like I have experienced with Verizon. Keeping in mind that you're working with people and people are different it's hard to judge a company based on the employees but one should wonder if the company approves of tactics to get the sales. read more

Great crew. Very helpful. Mom came into the store to get a new phone and ran into issues. We called Tmobile from the store up here in WA and they were willing to stay open late and bear with us while we resolved the issues. They were able to get her a new phone and everything else that she needed to go with it. read more

This T-Mobile needs better customer service. When I left this store my number never got ported over because they didn't put right number in to be ported and I never once was given any paper work nor told how much my bill would be. The manager's need to train their associate more better, Because I was told many different things. I would recommend the T-mobile in carson city. I went there yesterday and the manager there fixed everything that was wrong with my account that should have already been done. read more

I have never had any of my problems solved by the T mobile store in Fernley. The most lackluster unmotivated group of folks I have ever experienced. If that were my store I would be disgusted! I hate this store and plan to send a detailed email of the ridiculousness to customer service and management. I definitely do not recommend this place unless frustration is your thing. If you live in the Desert Lakes subdivision in Fernley, steer clear of T-Mobile. T-Mobile shows service in our area, but dropped calls, garbled conversations, and texts failing to transmit are pretty much the norm nowadays. Spoke with customer service three times regarding the issues and was advised an upgrade to a cell tower was the root cause of the problem; and, the problem would be resolved first week in March. As Gomer would say "Lies, Lies, Lies". I was over sold when I made the transition from Sprint and it took me three billing cycles to finally get a correct bill. When is enough, enough? read more

My husband and I were very excited to switch to T-Mobile but it has been a hassle for the past few days. The staff is very friendly but needs a LOT more training. When we came in we made sure everyone was aware that we were switching to T-Mobile from AT&T. They told us about carrier freedom but they did not tell us that a requirement was trading in our old phones. I saw it on Facebook and immediately got in touch with T-Mobile. They told us that we did have to trade in our phones. I went to the store the next day and no one knew what I was talking about. They were confused and there was no manager on the property. They had to call him a few times for assistance. Finally they said that they will have to return and refund the phones, then charge for the phones again with the trade in. This took an hour to do. At this point I assumed everything was good to go but I was wrong. This morning my husband noticed we were no longer on the military plan. He had to call to put us back on and to ensure we got the Samsung promotion. It has been a hassle and I am disappointed with this store. I would rather drive to Reno than to go to this store. read more
